We were asked to sit on the bar side, and had no issue with that except, it was extremely dark and very odd sitting at whatever table we wanted. Immediately overwhelmed with the amount of tvs in the room. With all of them playing somthing different yet couldnāt hear what was happening on any of them. The music was fine I suppose, but would rather hear the tv. āTheā tv, not all of them. My buddy whoās 21 tried to order a beer, he showed his I.D. and was declined because 3 out of the 6 of us sitting at the table were minors. Which we wernāt upset about because itās very understandable, until we noticed the man to our right drinking a beer with his two toddlers, and no other adult (aka no safe driver left). There was a 4 top sat after us and they received there food before us⦠We waited 30 minutes for our food. With no check ups from our server during this time, a young male finally brought out our food, he sounded stoned out of his mind. The burgers. Terrible. They tasted charred yet covered in grease. The fries were barely warm by the time we got our food. They also sent us the wrong type of wings, which they replaced quickly. Odd, since our food took so long, but thankful for that. Our waiter didnāt check up on us until we were completely finished and beyond ready for the check. Not gonna be back...

Wings were cooked well but sauces were pretty par for the course. Fries served with the sandwich were cold and pretty bland. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. She was very much the highlight of the visit and made sure we enjoyed our time there. When going to pay for our meal, I had a Millcreek Mall Gift Card that I wanted to pay with. The waitress was unaware if I was able to pay this way and called the manager to our table. The manager then stated that this card wasn't able to be used here because "they have their own gift cards". The manager then stated that if I could provide proof that the card was usable there he'd allow it... In what world does the obligation lie on a customer to provide proof for a thing that a company has agreed to? As a manager it's your obligation to know things like this. I refuse to believe that this is the first time this has happened as I know for a fact that BWW was also on the Millcreek Mall gift card for 2024. Attached is proof that the card can be used at BWW, not that I should need to provide...

Our order consisted of two sandwiches, one kids meal two appetizers (should have just had one replaced not paid for two) and two soft drinks. The only reason for two stars was the waiter, otherwise it would have been a 1 star or lower review. The place was packed, I think they actually brought in more tables than normal. I ordered the American classic cheeseburger, it had a list of ingredients on the menu and I ordered it to recipe, when I got it, it had a weird half sour cream half mayonnaise thing on the bun. I told the waiter that I didn't want any condiments on the burger and they brought me a new one... Exactly the same same weird sour cream thing. We asked to talk with the manager and he did nothing, Our total bill for our meal was over 60 dollars, and on top of that the gift card was only loaded with 18 of the 25 dollars... With no recourse for fixing the issues. If I go again it will be for takeout only. One item no...
