Rally House Millcreek Mall — Local services in Millcreek Township

Very disappointed in the staff. I walked in an a Saturday afternoon to find all three staff members conversing in the middle of the store. I was greeted and proceeded to the back of the store where the PSU merchandise was. I was back there for several minutes and no one checked on me..mind you I was the only person in the store. As I was leaving I was asked if I needed help which I said it would have been nice when I was back there. The response from the manager was that I should have found them and asked for help. I stated that they shouldn’t be socializing and they should have check in me. He stated their policy was to stay in the middle of the store.
