Spirit Halloween — Local services in Millcreek Township

Our whole family loves going here! Maybe it was cuz we visited in September, or maybe we just got lucky, but we found everything we hoped for and more! I've searched for YEARS in vain for the perfect costume. Just one, good costume I could count on every year. Plus-sized costumes are ALWAYS out of stock. Americans are just round! It's a fact! All stores need to order more XL-3XL clothes and ESPECIALLY costumes! There are always a ton of XS & M left over; get with it, people! Order bigger sizes! But I digress. After literal years of looking, I found a gorgeous velvet dress and matching cape. I was unsure if it would fit, but one of the sales girls helped me put it on over my clothes and I was astonished to discover it fit. They're actually happy employees; willing to help without making you feel mauled or self-conscious. I am SOOO excited this year, all thanx to Spirit!! ...

My 5 stars is for the manager working the morning of 10/ 27. I should have asked her name but didn't. She was extremely helpful and courteous as I explained I had bought my son a size too small the day before and the employee would not let me exchange it so I was back to purchase a bigger size. She let me exchange it and saved me $50 so I'm very grateful for her kindness 🥰 FYI to everyone for next year, they have a policy no returns or exchanges the last week or so they are open and nobody tells you at the register. Spirit Halloween I’m Erie Pa does not do returns or exchanges after October 27th * unless your white* they should add that to policy .
