I walked in and was greeted right away by a sweet young lady! She asked if there was anything I was looking for and I told her I needed a bra that actually fit me as I have gained weight due to a health issue and haven’t been able to wear any of my regular bras in about a year. She immediately offered to size/fit me and took her time in ensuring I found the correct size AND bra type! She then also walked me through the store to show me which bras I wanted. I ended up buying 4! Her recommendations were perfect and I didn’t feel judged at all! She knew what the difference of styles were and asked questions to help me understand what I needed and wanted! What a wonderful shopping experience. I went into the store wanting to buy a sexy outfit for my lady but was not really sure what I wanted. The woman who helped me was very helpful, showed me several options in several price points, and also showed me some amazing ways to accessorize. I did not realize how many great colones that they had for men as well and bought a bottle of the VS Him Deep water and I love it. I noticed that they just got a new Manager, Nicole who had been with the company a little over 5 years ago and I got to say, the cleanliness, and layout of the store really looked great, and all the other employees working that evening were cheerful, and said hello with a smile. Not too bad of an experience. I will say that the older lady that works there named Terry is ok but she just needs to cool it with pushing the credit card and putting words into people's mouths. She doesn't ask she just assumes. I was checking some stuff out and instead asking if I wanted the card, she just says "ok let me see some ID". Hell no I ain't giving anything. Ask first. And then I came in for a return today and before I even told her why I was there she was like "oh you're here for an exchange?". I said "no, it's a return". When we're at the register she was like "so what are we exchanging?". Ma'am, I told you I'm not exchanging anything. Thankfully I got the return though.
