I am so beyond happy that I found this place.Would recommend to anyone that’s truly looking for quality work. Jewelry making is such a specialized craft. Large chain jewelry stores don’t have that same knowledge or quality. Long story short I had a different jewelry store do work on my ring. It was a very poor job to put it nicely. This other place reset my center stone on my engagement ring when it had popped out. But the way they reset it looked very different from how our original jeweler set it.It also looked very lopsided and dull. Was so disappointing but I just lived with it. In fear that the next place would possibly do worse.

Our original jeweler was back in Chicago.so going back was not an option.Our jeweler in Chicago did all in house repair, setting and could make custom jewelry. C’s Jewelry can do al those things the same expertise and that’s rare.The first thing he did was look at my ring under the loop (magnifier).I knew in that moment that he knew his stuff.He took a long time to chat with me about how my diamond looked before. I didn’t have a lot of up close photos. So it was hard to just explain what it once looked like. But he knew right away what I was trying to explain.

I came today to pick it up and when they handed it to me it looked Identical to how it was when we got engaged. It had the beautiful sparkle that I felt had gone away. Due to the poor job of the previous place. Highly recommend them as they were so friendly and really know their stuff. I am Extremely impressed. I live in Millington, but would come far if need be. Don't let chain jewelry stores fool you.There is a big difference between and store that just sells stuff. Or someone that knows...

Very friendly and professional. Always a pleasant experience here. They do great repair and custom jewelry. Richard is good at what he does and will bend over backwards for you when it comes to customizing your jewelry. And the Ladies there are very helpful with everything. Susan will give you the best deal she can on any jewelry there. If they don't have what you want, they will order, or build it for ya'. Nice little "Mom and Pops" place. I bought a ring for my Christmas present to my self a simple ring with my birthstone and two weeks later then gem fell out took it to go get replaced and it cost me $25 more than what I paid for the ring. Got it fixed them a month later the gem fell out again. I went and talked with one of the older lady’s there and she was going to look for a replacement ring for me. And she said a week it has been a month and now she can’t find the ring I want. Short story never going back horrible...
