Don't buy they do not stand behind their boots. Bought a pair for my daughter "9" for her birthday. She tried them on Sunday and they fit so off the tags went. Monday morning when she tried to put them on the side pull came off the stitching failed. We were assured when purchasing they stood behind their products. When we returned to the store we were told to get another pair. Then upon trying to leave told that due to the tags being removed that we could not have a good pair and were to keep the factory defect pair. Natalie was the employee that did this and she is extremely rude. My wife attempted the return and when I called I was not even allowed to talk just kept yelling store policy over what I was asking. Stay far away from such a deceitful company and Boot Barn you need to hire employees that understand how to do their job correctly their is a difference in returning worn boots and defective boots I will also be calling corporate and truly hope this employee has to find new employment for how she has treated both m...

Tonight we visited for the first time and we’ll definitely be back. The customer service was very friendly & there is so much selection in the store. My husband has wide feet and high instep so it’s tough to find boots that fit right. He found several pairs here. I wear a size 10 in women’s so shoe shopping is usually limited selection for me, but they had so many options in my size....

Super disappointed. Had a 1 boot in my size and they couldn’t even find it in the store. Looked to see if the boots were available online, nothing. Didn’t offer not even a small discount on another pair for the inconvenience, nothing. First...
