Some cashiers lack the maturity, professionalism and know-how, on how to speak to customers, w/o shoving their personal recommendations, after a customer has repeatedly declined, down their throat.
If a customer has declined once or twice already, that is time to stop trying to convince the customer of an idea. Not continuing to force a personal idea on them, making them agitated or frustrated with merely trying to make a purchase.
No, at this Kohls location, it is A-Ok with shoving and being pushy (like a used car salesman) to a customer, about a "personal" recommendation that has no value to the customer being that the cashier merely works for Kohls and isn't a manager, or senior level management.
Knowing when to stop forcing, pushing, aggravating or talking altogether should be part of their training. No one wants to shop at a place that is pushy or arrogant about their personal recommendations, when a customer didn't ask for their opinion, thoughts or suggestion.
Additionally, the surrounding area is sketchy AND the parking lot needs a resurface, its really hard on a...
ย ย ย Read moreI accidentally lost an airpod here and they kept it for me. I usually do amazon returns here because it's close to work and home, they're always very efficient and helpful. The mall entrance is probably closed closer to closing time and don't steal here. They're very good at their job and I've seen too many people get caught ๐
Update: They have a new pick up system for in-store orders via phone so you no longer have to go get help from an associate. On the way to the customer service area there are shelves and shelves of white boxes that are labeled and you pick up your order based on the item number that shows up on your phone. Super convenient but too far in the back. I think I'd prefer it by the front of the store for easy grab and go. Especially because there's usually a security guard there or cashier's who can help watch the product. Not sure how they prevent thieves from...
ย ย ย Read moreBetter to check the item carefully after you open the box, especially for kitchen appliances. Bc theyโre REselling open-box items at the price of a brand-new one. I bought a kitchen appliance at the store, but when I opened it up, I saw it had been used with noticeable debris of flour, oil stains, etc๐๐๐ Hey, donโt fool your customers! We donโt pay full price to get a used item! Actually after we found this one is a used item, we asked the staff at the Return Center for a replacement first. He checked and said there were seven in stock. We went to the same shelf but couldnโt find any. He didnโt believe us and asked another staff member to check the shelf with us, but she couldnโt find it either, and sheโs sure that it was out of stock. However the return counter staff kept insisting they had it in store. In the end we just returned the appliance and got it refunded. Such a waste...
