š BurgerFi ā 5475 Windward Parkway, near Westside Parkway
Tucked into one of Alpharettaās most convenient locations, this spot is more than a restaurant ā itās a weekly ritual, a foodieās hidden gem, and a community favorite.
š JUST LAUNCHED: NEW MENU ⢠REDUCED PRICES ⢠EXCLUSIVE IN-STORE DEALS As of this past Friday, BurgerFi has relaunched their menu ā and it's absolutely worth the buzz. Highlights include:

Their food is made fresh ā not frozen ā and it shows in every bite.
š³ MY GO-TO? THE CEO BURGER (WITH AN EGG, OF COURSE) Iām here nearly every other day (yes, sometimes back-to-back) because their food never disappoints. The CEO Burger is a flavor bomb: Double premium beef patties, caramelized onions, cheese that stretches when you bite in, and their BurgerFi logo seared into the bun. Itās a burger with personality ā and a lot of taste.
š” Pro tip: Add an egg. Gym-goers and protein lovers, this oneās for you.
Also try the massive onion rings (literally the size of your hand) or the soft golden fries ā and donāt sleep on their vegan options. Everyone is welcome here.
š¬ SERVICE THAT FEELS PERSONAL Thereās a reason I call this place a second home.
Heather always lets us know about new specials ā sheās warm, energetic, and full of hospitality. Arsalan, the manager, is attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels appreciated.
Thereās even a plaque at the door that says: āBurgerFi changes the way you think about your burger joint.ā I smile every time I see it ā because it's true, every single visit.

Ā Ā Ā Read more$20 for a hamburger, fries and a soft drink. The photo showed an amazing looking hamburger, complete with lettuce and tomato slices..., cheese and bacon.... it showed God's gift to the burger world. What I got was a pathetic lump of greasy meat, no lettuce, no tomato slices, no pickles, no onions, too little cheese to notice and flavorless bacon. Apparently, the guy who took the order hadn't been trained in his job well enough to know that he needs to instruct the "build your own" process. If it was supposed to have come with everything in the photo, then it was a major malfunction in pleasing the customer as the kitchen staff simply took the easy way out and didn't prepare it like the photo. It was also smaller than what the photo made me believe it was going to be.
French fries looked good, but lacked flavor... needed salt. No salt on the table. My friend paid even more for his sandwich and onion rings. He complained that his meal was miserable. Onions also had no flavor and needed salt. I tried an onion ring and agreed it was flavorless. The only way I could enjoy it was to put ketchup on it.
The girl who provided table service simply dropped two trays on our table and walked away. It never occurred to her to speak. She acted like we were a painful event in her day.
What kind of woke millennials spawned a concept that thinks it's ok to charge so much, for a meal so devoid of flavor that it couldn't possibly offend anyone in our current dysfunctional society? If you're gonna make a hamburger, fries and onion rings, please make it taste like it should. And train people in the art of communicating. Take your employees to a certain Altanta-based chicken restaurant and show your employees how to communicate with customers.
BurgerFi = Burger, Flavor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to purchase 2 burguers and Urban Fries. The staff inside the kitchen was quite happy chatting with the staff at the cashiers. (2 girls ) around 1:30 pm , Sat july 29th. Nothing wrong with being in a good mood at work, UNLESS, there is a line of customers waiting for food and in my case it was āTo Goā. When my food was finally delivered, I was really hoping that the bag one of the girls was packing without even paying attention to how she packed it was not mine. Between laughs and jokes she packed my food and it was a complete disaster. She literally threw the urban fries with all the alioli and the parmesan on top of my 2 burguers and I couldnāt believe how messy it was, so I return to the counter and asked her : Do you think this is the right way to deliver a $30.00 order? She remain silent but the guy inside the kitchen whoās name was āVictorā came outside very quickly to reply on her behalf in a very rude way ( and Iām hoping you have cameras ) that they always packed food this way. Which is false. You have no idea how many times Iāve give my business to this place. Instead of coming out to correct her lack of training/knowledge, he came out to support her and yell at me as if it was the right thing to do and I was upset over nothing! So I asked him : What is your name? He replied : What is yours?!!! I said my name and he said Victor. I asked him : how come instead of trying to fix the situation ( at this point my food is all over the counter ) you come out to confront me and being rude??!!!! Please change these food to clean bags and pack it all again!!!! He did because he had no other choice with the line of people staring at him and the mess over the counter. Terrible service. The food is good although the burguers were...
