Horrible experience. Waiting outside in line to enter. I got in and chose a couple shirts quickly and got in line. I stood in line for 30 mins waiting for a group of 5 ladies in front of me to checkout for 30 mins. They kept changing their orders, getting different sizes, changing who was paying for what. Making everyone else in line wait forever. Of course the manager did nothing but tell me to pull my mask up. I said how about you hurry up. Then the 5 ladies still checking out went off on me and flipped me off. The manager kept making snarky remarks to me when I said I wanted to quickly check out as I have already waited 30 mins in line. Not only could she not manage the store properly to speed up the long lines she kept making rude comments to her customer which only escalated the situation with everyone in line. I wonāt be going back that is for sure. Manager was very unprofessional and couldnāt manage these 5 clients taking up the checkout line for 30 mins and allowed other clients to cause a scene in the store while she...

Firstly, Heather (the manager) is absolutely Top Notch. You gotta give that woman a raise, seriously. I've watched her handle tough situations always gracefully and with a smile. She's gone out of her way to help me find stuff online or sizes from other stores. She's an all star in customer service.
Secondly, all the other staff rocks too! The girls each have their own personal style that really expresses diversity! I love that this store isn't cookie cutter straight laced. Punk to Glam to Casual these girls and boys sparkle in their own cool way and they're super helpful in helping find you yours. They've brought me stuff to try that I would never picked out for myself...and it looked great!!

Drove 45 minutes there and nope, order wasn't there. Store said it was delayed in shipping. Repeat 2Ć... sales lady called CS herself at store the 3rd go round and tried to fix situation by replacement but only 2 items are still in stock. Okay, they will refund all the order and ship me the 2 items to my house free. BUT. New order shows canceled on Monday. Now all items are out of stock, no refund was issued. Called customer support and im out of luck onmy ordered items , hot cash won't be refunded, finally got a refund on my credit card(maybe)? Not going back. Lane Bryant ...
