COACH — Local services in Milwaukie

I will never ever be shopping in this location again. I went to return some boots that I had bought at the outlet, not knowing I couldn’t return them here. I went up to the counter the older woman working there was going to help me. She looked at me when I told her I needed to return the boots and said in the most condescending voice I’ve ever heard in a store “ I wasn’t going to ASSUME you got those out the outlet but yeah no we can’t take those.” Now it is very fine with me if I have to take them back to the outlet, that’s no problem and I totally understand. The way this women spoke to me, however, was unacceptable. I then wanted to look for a new bag for work so I was walking around the store. This women then followed me around the whole store as if she was watching to make sure I didn’t take anything. She was a white women. I am black. I felt very profiled in that store. I have bought many bags from much nicer designers (which really shouldn’t matter) and I found a bag I liked and wanted to get but the way this women made me feel, I passed. I will never go back into this store to make a purchase because clearly their employees are poorly trained and profiling is just fine with...

Wasn't sure what to expect of this upscale store when I first went in. I quickly became a fan. They seemed delighted to show me their products and when I told them that I was more interested in shoes they brought out the first one that the store had received,. The rest is history. I bought that shoe and now own six pair of Coach shoes. I couldn't find the shoe with leopard spots anywhere but Megan came through and found a pair in my size! I was so happy! Stopped here to look for a specific bag, when I asked they said they didn’t carry that style and that it’s an outlet style… when I saw it on the shelf I told her this is what I was talking about. They did have it. Then we were given dirty looks the whole time we were there, as we left I stopped outside the door and to put my baby carrier on and one of the ladies pretended to open the door and look at my stroller up and down as if looking to see if we had stolen something.
