*April 2025- update- coming on here and seeing all the new horrible reviews doesnt surprise me.... I never received any help from anyone at the dealer ship. Im slowly still trying to work on repairs just to find out I have no tire lock key to change the tires/brakes/rotars and even found out I have no emergency jack, donut, NOTHING for an emergency- after reading the contract some more and the fact that I have all of the misrepresentation of the vehicle, everything in writing through texts, on top of lots more- the contract nor the warranty related portions especially are even legally valid as it states the relativity to it all surrounds the test drive which I never had (didn't see the vehicle put together on the ground until they delivered it 2 months after the sale) so legal action is the only route. I hate to leave a bad review, but after everything im still not getting any help, Just continously told they are working on it... I was told in June I had been approved for a vehicle and it could be ready tomorrow pretty much. Tomorrow turned into a couple days, to a couple weeks, to mid August. I was extremely grateful to them for allowing me to use a loaner vehicle during this time, but i had it so long that i had to make over 5 trips to the dealership just to keep getting another temp plate on the loaner. Constantly getting the run around, weeks of wasted time. I have been calm and cordial this whole time, had I been anyone else I personally know, I wouldn't have taken the vehicle and would've told them where they can put it. (Pardon my language).. I've now had the vehicle a couple of weeks- but rarely drive it due to some found issues (like the car hesitation and air conditioner issues to name a few - this is Texas.. I can't go anywhere in 100+ degree weather with 2 kids in a car that isn't functioning properly, especially when I JUST got it). I know it's not a brand new 2024 vehicle but I've had way older rusted out cars run better than this. I notified them within a couple days of receiving the vehicle letting them know of 1 issue I was having (with the lights), being told of course, working on it. I followed up multiple times, last time was a week ago now and I have yet to get any assistance. I had to wait 2 months for a vehicle I had never seen, drove, put my down payment on, and signed paperwork for in good faith - thinking this dealership was top of the line and I could trust in what I was receiving; just to get a vehicle that is still pending plates, inspection, repairs, and whatever else. I had already made 3 insurance payments and 1 car payment prior to even getting the car. *plates are apparently ready but I'll be damned if I spend another 2 months making multiple trips up there and continue to get the run around again and again. I guess I'm the fool anyway for being so trustworthy, but in my position I really didn't feel like I had a choice. From what ive seen, dealerships feed off of that. I would never refer anyone or at least precaution everyone. Now as my reward for being foolish, I get to continue this ridiculous battle. Lord help me.

**Update 9/6/24. I was contacted by a marketing company for this dealership regarding my post, they were going to "help". Needless to say when I showed up to the dealership people seemed confused about why I was there. All of my issues were never addressed, and they tried to charge me for replacing a light bulb.. that was out when they delivered the vehicle... In the end, I'm out a good few grand as I have to get the windshield fixed, new tires, replace missing key for the roof, have something done with the AC issue - if I would've known ahead of time that these issues existed I wouldn't be upset, but I asked multiple times if there were any issues and was told no aside from the warranty work they were doing. Have no idea how I'm going to get all of this fixed between car payments and insurance.. I wish I would've never gotten a vehicle...

This was the most awful car buying experience i have ever had! I was made promise after promise that was never met. I was told the first trip i made, i was guarenteed a car that night, a charger at that. Then when i got there i was told it would be 0 down, 500 a month. Great deal right?? Well after sitting for 3 hours. They decide i cant get the charger and say i can get approved for a dart, with the same price off 0 down and 500 a month for a "starter car" now, not happy about it, but i decided maybe they were right and i just needed to do that to and then get my charger in a year. So i agree to what he says. Then they suddenly tell me, oh we cant do anything tonight you will have to come back monday. Monday: i show up to dealership, promised 0 down and 500 a month on the dart. And now the GM is involved. He comes over sits down, and tells us, "well, we need 1000 down" im shocked. And say well i was already promised 0 down. He said, "well reguardless, its martin luther king day, im not calling the banks" so what am i doing driving an hour here for nothing to be done!?!?!! We finally convince him to call the banks. In the end after another 3 hrs and they are closed, we leave again with no car. They tell us to come back the next day (tuesday) and we will leave with the car.

Tuesday: we show up and the gm and financial lady are gone. At this point were under the assumption of 500-1000 down for the dart. And i finally cave and just give up. And tell them im done. I get a call telling me they have it all figured out. To give them another chance. So i decide to let them redeem themselves.

One week later (tuesday): i show up at 2. Already told them what time i would be there. GM said, do 500 down and i guarentee everything is done! Excited i say ok! And i head that way. I get there. First its 500 down and were waiting for the approval, 3 hrs later, i finally try to figure out whats going on. They cant get me approved!!! WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME NUMBERS YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT?!?! So she comes back and says, look a 1000 down and were golden. We pondered for a few minutes and and decided we would do it. So she goes back in..... Comes back still not approved. Nobody is telling us anything. So i walk back in her office where shes running our credit for a FORD FOCUS?!?!?! Where did this come from??? She said, "well its your only option" what happened to the dart??? Nobody could give me a straight answer. This ford is 2 years older, 50000 miles, and no bells and whistles and she says.... "We may need 1500 down now" im just floored at this point. 4 trips (1.5 hours there 1.5 hours back) and 16 HOURS actually at the dealership and not one of them cared. I beside myself on this. I will NEVER do buisness or...

My daughter and I went into Ram Country on April the 4th to pick out 2 vehicles. We chose a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport for her that she did test drive. The check engine light was on the whole time. We were told that the fuel sensor needed to be replaced. We were ok with this because they said it wouldn't take long to fix it. We went back down on April the 6th to wrap up everything with the Finance department and pick up the cars. My daughter drove the car and found it had a swishing noise inside of it. We called the dealership and were told to bring it back. It sat in their backyard for 2 weeks. I called them multiple times during the weeks and finally they got the car in the shop. I got a phone call from the service manager on the 21st of April telling me that I needed to take the Rogue to a Nissan dealership because they did not have the tools to fix the problem. I made an appointment to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealership and on the day (May 4th) that it was supposed to be taken, the vehicle overheated and had to be towed. On May 8th, I got an email and a phone call from the Nissan dealership telling me that the engine warranty had been voided since 2020 due to a front end impact and that the only way to fix the car was to put a new engine in the car. I was also told that this car had an 11 page CARFAX on it. I called Ram Country and talked to the service manager and he knew nothing about the bad engine. I told him that I wanted the sales contract unwinded and I also found out that the fuel sensor had never been replaced. I talked to the sales manager a couple days later (the Rogue had been towed back to Ram Country) and I was told that my sales contract was not going to be unwinded. He mentioned fixing a part on the engine but refused to call the Nissan dealership as he promised to do to talk to their serviceteam . He raised his voice on the phone and hung up on me.

I wasn't going to write this review because I love our small town businesses. I try to buy locally to keep my money in this town; however, I won't be buying another vehicle from Ram Country. My sales contract did end up getting unwinded on May 31st after many hours of tears, worry, prayers and my daughter having to ask her friends for rides to work, etc. I also utilized the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. This dealership never once called to give her a loaner or anything. I was treated very unfairly. The only compensation that I was given was that I could come down and get another car. I think what helped me also is that I had not made my 1st payment either to the finance company. I was told a new engine would cost...
