Canteen One — Local services in Minneapolis

Canteen one has horrible personnel doing their customer service. We have a machine at work and after years of using this vending machine ( few times here and there) it charged me $5 for a 1.50 item. (My first time being overcharged) It usually charges an extra 10cents if using a card but never 5$. The women was rude of the bat talking to me like if I was slow. Telling me that the machines are meant to put a hold of $5 at every use. I tried telling her that it’s never done that before . She continued to get loud and told me to wait 3 days. They just rip people off, some of my coworkers have gotten charged $10. If the machines are meant to put a hold of such value, put it on the machines instead of the extra .10cent charge notice that is on there. I will be calling her @ss...

Best Vendors just raised the price of a can soda from $0.50 to $0.80 at UPS Worldport in Louisville, KY. The price for a 20 oz soda was raised from $1.35 to $1.65 in the break room closest to me. Prices are inconsistent across all machines located at my work place. Half of the time the machines are broken or will not accept a card. Considering this is the only place most of the 10,000 people that work here have to eat during their shifts, there is no way they can't be making money hand over fist. This machine put upstairs in Costco maple grove Mn lunch room .warning not safe for purchase anything for sure .today I bought a bottle of cold coffee and ring up 3.09$ with receipt print out correctly but wait 5 mins I got phone call from my bank the same machine charge me 852.64$ additional .what is going on here?
