UPDATE
-- A few days later after my unsatisfactory experience the owner of the Flower Box called me and apologized and acknowledged his failures. This was very surprising to me especially from a company in Minot ND since the customer service up here is lacking and this was probably one of the best displays of customer service I have ever experienced in Minot.
The Flower Box has great product and I will be purchasing from them again.--

Out of 4 arrangements none of them were right the first time... My first order I placed with Flowerbox I Called and was going to pick them up, I placed the order for Lilies and stargazers but when I got there the arrangement had 1 lilly and a bunch of roses. I told them this and they fixed the situation after having to wait 20 mins. So not a big deal I'll order from them again I thought.... Bad idea... Place the order over the phone again and go to pick them up next day, they completely forgot my order. Again had to wait 30 mins for my arrangement. 3rd times the charm right? Wrong... Call in and place an order thinking I'll give them another chance. Again order Lilies and stargazers with some Daisy's. I get there later that day and AGAIN they forgot my order?! Seriously??? So I wait AGAIN and they messed up the first arrangement and had to wait even longer. They messed it up after I told them what I wanted FACE TO FACE.... Ok, Last order I am out of town and want them delivered to my girlfriend at work. I call and place an order for an anniversary arrangement. The lady tells me about a dozen rose deal and I respond with "No roses please she doesn't like roses." She acknowledges... Again Lilies and Gerber daises pink and yellow was requested. Asked if they could deliver at 3PM and she tells me she will try to get them delivered close to three. A little disappointed in that response... but whatever... Ok Great I confirm my order and go over it with her one more time and she say's "OK". My girlfriend gets the flowers at 2PM (lucky she was there that early) and tells me they are very pretty. At this point I sense some disappointment so I ask whats wrong and she replies "Don't you know I don't like roses?" The arrangement shows up with 6 red roses in it and no daises.... there were 2 total Lilies and about 6 carnations (Breakup Flower)..... Awesome way to go FlowerBox...
I will never go to FlowerBox again for these reasons: 1: Flowers never last longer than a week 2: Orders have never been correct (See other reviews) 3: Quality vs. Price isn't very good at all. 4: Cannot handle simple...
Read moreVERY MISLEADING IN ORDERING!! I would NOT recommend for Valentine's Day! (Or other occasions). My husband has been getting/ sending flowers to our daughter ON Valentine's Day for 28 years. He placed an order with Flower Box, requested it be delivered ON Valentine's Day, emphasizing this tradition, and was assured it could be delivered as requested. He gave information of where she worked, and they stated they knew where it was, they delivered there all the time, and they would find her. HOWEVER, it was delivered early, to a different location, and she had to go pick it up herself. When we called to inquire about the problem with early delivery and incorrect location..... we were told ...... it's cold here (not snowing, relevance?!?), we can't get on base (needed info when ordering), and we have an employee that goes to base and we send deliveries when they go (again, needed info when ordering), charged regular delivery fee when sending with employee to base "as they go". In the end, no consideration/agreement to refund of any amount, just flippantly/rudely stated, well, "they were delivered". Flowers are way too expensive for this kind of customer care/service! Read moreHORRIBLE- I have gotten 5 different arrangements from here (three delivered 30 miles away only place that would do it) none of them were done with the leaves pulled off the stems that were in the water floral 101 fail, lilies didn't have pollen pods pulled floral 101 fail and then the ones I got 2-14-17 were 1/3 of the size of anything I have ever gotten and double the price plus they were not what was ordered and are floor flowers (ones that you can't use so you drop them on the floor) I called to complain because if i were the owner I'd be embarrassed for it to come out of my shop. Heck I'd make my 1st semester floral students redo it if they created this horrible mess. I live 30 miles away and they want me to drive them back in to be "fixed up" I am sorry but there is no salvaging floor flowers and or this arrangement. Plus hauling a floral arrangement back in 30 miles to be "fixed up" is a pain in my rear. They have produced some decent arrangement's that I have seen but nothing great and for their prices I would NEVER send anyone to them.
