I was in search of a class to not justhelp me strengthen my core and recover from an injury, but for a trainer that I could connect with that would help me reach my goals. At Tone, your Temple, I found just that!
I am not one to go to the gym. And I don’t like instructors who push you beyond your limits to the point of injury. Rhonda is very personable, and really gets to understand what your goals are, and then she motivates you and guide you to achieve those goals. On top of that, we are in small group settings so it’s more personable. The culture of the class is that we motivate each other. I feel that my personal capabilities are respected. Rhonda modifies the workouts to accommodate injuries and skill level without making you feel like you’re less than capable.

Read moreUpdate...Tone your temple has been a real blessing for me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and I’ve gone through chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. I have had adverse effects from all of the medications especially being extremely sore. I started taking Pilates class just recently and it stretched my body for the 1st time in almost a year! I felt amazing! If your on the fence about Tone your Temple jump on over. Even on Zoom the class was amazing I’m on the road to recovery and this was the 1st step! Second thought “Thanks to Rhonda and Tone Your Temple Fitness”. As a personal trainer, she performs every single move with you, instead of just telling you what to do. The routines are individualized and always adjusted for any current physical ailments/restrictions while providing a thorough workout. This confirms her knowledge of how the body moves and functions. Rhonda cares about your total wellness, by providing meal plans and tracking your progress. Even though we have standing appointments, I always get a reminder text the morning of.
