Dollar Tree — Local services in Mint Hill

There are a few Dollar Trees in the Matthews-Mint Hill area and because I live close to all of them, I like to go visit them on rotation to see which ones have the most items that I like to purchase, such as beauty items, household cleaners, hair care and a few craft do-it-yourself things. This store is unique and the fact that it has a cooler section with frozen and foods in it. I have never seen this in any of the other stores. I didn't think the things in there were such a great bargain though. This store did have a lot of the viral beauty products that they are showing on tik tok and Reddit and I was able to pick up a few things. I think all of these stores are a hit or miss. I haven't seen those hand sanitizers. (The little square spray on with matching holders) in any of the local Dollar trees...

Let me start by saying the prices are helpful because a penny saved...well you know the rest. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this store. As a customer I'm guessing most of us would agree that when we ask for help we probably need a little help. I asked the Manager Taylor where something was and was told with an attitude I'm not sure where it's at but it's somewhere over there and she never moved to help at all. Btw I was the only customer in store at this time. It seems like it doesn't take much energy to be professional and polite to a customer but in this case that's 100% wrong. I hope your day goes better than mine if you need help from Taylor and the store doesn't look like a disaster during your visit...Just don't get...

One of the best dollar tree I been too. Their customer service is top notch, always helpful and willing to go extra mile for you when you are needing something. The entire staff is trained well. The store Mananger she is so friendly and nice it always trying to help everyone. I been shopping here since before she took over and this store has done such amazing turn around I love it. I tell everyone to come here. They always ready to help someone especially the elderly. There they’ve been always huge help to me and everyone I have send as well.
