The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Miramar Beach

My experience was not great. As soon as I walked into the store an associate came up to me and let me know it was a touch free store. The lady said I will assist you if you need help. So then she followed me around like a hawk. I asked if I could look at a certain color makeup which they had testers. She let me see the bottle. I ask if she could take a qtip and dip it into the bottle where I could see the real color and she said this is all I can do and opened up the bottle where I can look in to the bottle. She made me feel like I was a nasty person and couldn't wait for me to leave the store. I usually spend up to $300 when I go in there but I left not spending a dime. I love going to this store every time I’m in town - it’s a fun place to shop and everyone is always nice. Because I didn’t get there this year, I called to place an order and luckily spoke to MARY who I remembered from previous trips. She checked but was unable to find what I wanted (as were the stores in town here) and apologized. A short time later she called me back to tell me that she located what I was looking for at another store in FL - I couldn’t believe that when we hung up she started calling other stores to see if she could find any. I attempted to shop in this store and immediately stopped to wait outside for the 3 people in there to shop. Then made to wear a mask to come across the threshold. I dipped the mask below my nose and store associate screamed at me to pull it over my nose. Not once but twice. I finally took it off and threw it away. And walked out. As I did the store associate sprayed some kind of cleaner behind me as I walked out. This is gone past safe to ridiculous. Half of the shops had no mask policies and half did at this outlet. I want to spend my money in person not like this. If I could give a zero...
