The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is not inexpensive but the quality of their product is unsurpassed.

I have purchased gifts here for Christmas and special occasions. The store will ship what I have ordered and they get delivered to the recipient. It is convenient and provides a very tasty gift for someone.

It is a small store but there is a wide selection of chocolates as well as items such as candied apples and cookies. It can get crowded at certain times but no one is in a hurry. They are smelling the chocolate in the air and looking at the variety of candy available.

The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. It is a pleasure shopping here. It is worth checking out in the Outlet...

This is not a hostile message and has NOTHING to do with the service, but is instead a PSA. Our M&M and Snickerdoodle cookies has a distinct aftertaste of the fishy variety…think the skin of a salmon after a taxing trek up a waterfall. Better yet they were extravagantly expensive. This location has Kilwins chocolate and candy apples. The staff was friendly. I ordered chocolate and then decided to get ice cream. I believe there was a mix up while I was getting my ice cream because after I left and got back to my hotel, my order was incorrect. I was missing somethings.
