Wow wow wow!!! My grandparents, my parents and I have all supported wills over the years! I have never been treated so poorly! Rude would be an understatement! I called with a couple questions, I was only able to ask one of the questions before being hung up on! I tried calling back, picked up phone and then hung up immediately, I tried one more time and it went to a fax machine! I will gladly never go there again! Being a small business owner myself, I like to support others! But not this jerk! No way!!! Purely astonishing the level of rudeness! I’ll be sure to pass my experience with wills jewelry along!...

I called to get a price on replacing a watch battery because of all the good reviews about good prices and service. The guy who answered the phone was pretty rude. I seriously only asked for a price...nothing more. If you want new customers, you should at least try to be somewhat polite on the phone and not treat people like they're bothering you.
