M STORE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Even in the M Store’s effort to rectify a wrong, they still provided HORRIBLE customer service and were still extremely rude. When we went in for the exchange that we had previously tried to make, we attempted to discuss with the assistant manager, Makayla, what had happened. She interrupted us and said she had talked to her staff and that we had harassed them and were wrong. Makayla was rude and insulting She would not even take a moment to hear us out. While trying to share our experience, she over talked us and told us that we were ridiculous. It is clear that the poor customer service we experienced on our first visit is a top down issue. The assistant manager was just as bad if not worse than the staff. Again, worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced and it seem clear that it is taught to their staff. RUDE AND FLIPPANT SERVICE!!

I was very disappointed by the service we received by all three of the staff working this afternoon. My wife simply wanted to exchange a pair of leggings that I had purchased her, for a pair that were the correct size. She even explained to the staff that she realized that they were purchased a long time ago and was hoping to be able to just make an exchange,as the pants still had the tags and we had the receipt. The gal was very flippant about it all, clearly did not believe my wife and eventually admitted that she felt that we were “gaslighting” her. Not just was it their attitude, but their body language. When my wife was walking around looking at merchandise, waiting for an answer, I watched and listened as the three staff talked about her and laughed. It was deplorable. When I addressed their behavior, she simply said she has been gaslit a lot lately and wasn’t going to be again. We are honest people who simply waited to long to make a return and instead we encountered rudeness, ridicule and mockery. It was quite disappointing from a store that is supposed to be supporting the same school that we do. We will NEVER purchase our Griz attire from this store again, and would not recommend anyone else to...

I order 2 shirts online Sunday night (Monday was a holiday) needing them by Friday morning. I got a call Tuesday from the nicest lady saying she needed some more info. I asked her if she thought my shirts would arrive in time and if could upgrade my shipping since the shirts had not been mailed yet. The lady, Abby I think, said she would choose the fastest mailing option (excluding overnight since it was super pricey) and not to worry about any extra charges.
