**Edit: I've been back to the shop a couple of times since the below review and have had great shopping experiences. Jenna, the shop owner, graciously took the feedback and has been nothing but warm and friendly. I look forward to shopping here in the future and seeing the shop thrive :) I hate to leave a poor review but Cloth & Crown continues to disappoint. The selection of designers and lines is consistently the best in Missoula, but after multiple experiences of being completely ignored and treated rudely by the staff, I just can’t continue to support this business. My absolute favorite shop! From the moment you enter, you feel special. I love the beautiful curated pieces at all price points, clean apothecary (I finally found a natural deodorant that I have LOVE!) and I love buying fun little gifts here such as the beautiful linen masks they carry to the cowhide clutches. This is a must when visiting Missoula! The shop girls are so friendly, kind and welcoming. Cloth + Crown is the most thoughtful shop in Missoula (and probably Montana). The owner is also the buyer and she thoughtfully picks out each and every product, ensuring they’re of the highest quality. I have many pieces I’ve purchased throughout the years that I wear on a weekly basis and they have all stood the test of time!
