Poor Customer Service, This is the place for you!
When I went in this store I was looking to purchase furniture the same day! But Noone greeted me even after being in the store for 10 to 15 mins. It was astounding because I had never experience such level of rudest. As I was leaving the store a salesman by the name of Stephen greeted me and apologized. I then accepted his apology and let him know I was about to leave since I couldn't get any help. There were at least six people there. So I'm sure one of them could have made it happened!So again , he ask that I would come back the next day and that I would recieve a stellar customer service and a consultation with the designer as a complimentary service. So I said ok, Awesome that would be great and I went back the next day as promised. Well to my surprise, he was not there and neither was the designer š¤·. Okay!!!! Waisted trip! No call, No Show! So I text him and I asked was everything ok and that I'm in the store. His response was oh I had to take a personal. Did you purchase yet? I would love to help you order.(oh wow,OK, like thats the reason i came back, but youre not here)!!! Moving forward I told him I didn't purchase yet and I thought I'd give it another shot when time permits. So moving forward 2 weeks later he calls again and ask have you purchased yet? My response were no I haven't yet. He said, Great!! well the designer has some designs and ideas, I saw them and they are nice. I'm like ok, Great just email them to me so I can choose and purchase over the phone. That would help alot since I can't get to the store. He said no I suggest you come into the store. I said to him my schedule is crazy and that would be better for me but he still didn't share the design but insisted I come in at my convenience. So I did! I went in the next day. This salesman said zero to me and when I ask questions he walked away while the designer tried to pick up the pieces and try to answer any questions to the Best of her knowledge. In which i thanked her for. When I mentioned to her about showing me the designs the salesman spoke aboutvyesterday, that he said was ready, she was š² shocked She did not have the designs and she absolutely had no clue. So I gathered he lied right there to the both of us. (Never ever do that to the customer). No integrity whatsoever! I then ask for an appt with the designer. She said she would call me later that day to set up an appointment (i assume to start from scratch) and as of today I've never recieved a call or an appointment. I assumed that my money/business wasn't welcome! Not sure why but this experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the lack of integrity ! Poor customer service! Not for the public or the community at large! Just say That! My the foot rest on my recliner would not stay up, and due to the pain I continually experience, my feet have to stay in the air most of the day every day; so my reckiner probably gets 10 times the use of a normal person. I am not a small man either. I sent them an email apprehensively wondering how this would work. The next day they texted me and with an appointment to come out and fix my chair the next business day with no questions asked. Two professional!!! Gentlemen showed up right on time, and fixed my chair on the spot. I thanked them, and they told to never hesitate to call if I have any problems. My disease started to get worse. I have not been ambulatory for 3years now. Iāve had my chair for 9 years now, and due to excessive use Iāve started to have a similar problem. I sent them an email. They immediately returned my request with a text, and the same people showed up. Talk about employee retention!!!! They obviously like there employer; which speaks volumes. These gentlemen could not be any more polite and professional. It is obvious also that they sincerely care. They apologized for me having trouble with my chair even after I explain the excessive use. They said it didnāt matter. They will always come right out and take care of any issues I have. They fixed my chair and notice another potential issue that I was not aware of. They ordered the new part on the spot, and said they would come back out at my convenience, and install the new part. These people are truly interested in customer satisfaction; EVEN AFTER 9 YEARS OF OWNERSHIP!!!!!! I will never buy any furniture from any other store regardless of price. I would be on my 3rd or 4th recliner by now if I had purchased from a different store based on the ware and tear I put on my recliner. The combination of product quality and service is truly something I have never experienced. I hope someone considering purchasing furniture reads this. I wish I had known what a quality organization this is, coupled with the quality of their products. I never expected they would stick with me for 9 years. But they have. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is service based. We've enjoyed the couches but will definitely reconsider in the future. Sales is all sorts of nice before you buy, but we've had a trip since they've gotten our money. Even from the start, there was a technicality that only I thought of to save more money during a sale (saved $50 no thanks to sales). Picked a recliner and chose custom couches, and chose to pick up the recliner and have the couches delivered. Picked up the recliner when I had a truck available, but it's the worst placed dock I've ever seen, you get lost trying to find it (put some signs up!). Couches took 8-9 weeks which was at their estimated limit, but we always had to reach out for update, since the store never tells you anything. Admittedly I was given a specific number from sales for any issues, but I lost it and if you go by google or website numbers, good luck reaching anyone besides sales. As mentioned, we had the couches slated for delivery, but finally found out that when the couches arrived, they were listed for pick up! We had called multiple times and said delivery, but were never charged for it (I guess that should have been paid from the start) and it was never rectified. So add an extra week for that issue.
Got the recliner home first and had 3 service visits before it was finally taken in for repair, but communication has been appalling - if you want to know anything you have to reach out. On top of it, all service calls go to voice mail. I've always asked sales to transfer me, as I'm not waiting for service to get back at their leisure. It's customer service people! And then sales doesn't even answer sometimes! At least sales always answered at Spanish Fort location. But if you walk in any store you're sure to get some type of service, so if you like having to drive to get an update then you're good.
I'm at 5 weeks for a recliner repair now. At what point can I just get a new recliner if you can't even tell me how long it will take? The frame was warped from the start and I didn't even know (store sold it without checking, and I sure didn't think of it since it was brand new, but it has a lifetime warranty on frame).
Please, please consider before purchasing. If you check the furniture and never have to use their tech services, and don't care for updates on furniture arrival, delivery, or repairs, then you're golden. But between trying to stay in the loop on new couch delivery, and getting updates on repairs, it's not...
