If I could rate my experience a zero thatās what It would be. Poor management . Piss poor customer service. First walking into the store I see a guy hanging clothes on a rack and a female standing there just talking meanwhile thereās another customer waiting at the register to checkout after standing in line about 5 minutes I leave the line to go break up the conversation by asking if they worked there (so that we could get some assistance).Once I informed her I was picking up an online order for 1 pillow she said if I havenāt received a email that it was ready for pickup then itās probably not ready. But it had been 2 full days. And Iām looking at 5 on them sitting on the shelf in front of me. She then says that they were a team of 5 and didnāt have time to get to the order ( Maybe because youāre busy running your mouth instead of assisting customers and fulfilling ur online orders. ) So 5 people canāt fulfill an order for 1 pillow in 48 hours?? Then she makes the excuse of they were busy with Black Friday and cyber Monday orders which had been over a week already. NO EXCUSE. And at the time it was only one other customer in the store. I left the store without my item. Once I called customer service she had it ready in 10 minutes.. why couldnāt she have done that while I was in the store? So I had to wait til my next off day to pick it up which then my order was automatically canceled because of my work schedule. And to find out she was actually the manager . PLEASE find new management for this store or it will continue to hurt your brand. As a manager at my place of employment I wouldāve never rendered such poor customer service. I asked the young man if I could see them and he said he needed to bring them to the register. I replied that's fine I just want to see them when I reached out he said he needed to hold them and held them tight. I said to him I just wanted to look at the back so that I could price them bc I was going to do the BOGO. Needless to say I purchased nothing and told him to have a nice day.
