purchase a fireplace cabinet from these ppl. When delivered the the flames flickered on and off, not working properly, no product info book nor a remote. instead of doing they're research they gave me 2 remotes from back of store that belonged to other units. Of course they did not work. I found the the short in the short in the switch myself and repaired it. This was supposedly a brand new unit not a return.I have no idea what brand my cabinet is, the features it has. These ppl want your payment and this is all. Customer service is horrible. I called several times and spoke with there employees, not once did a manager call me to try and resolve this. The only resolution they offered was to return it but no refund on payments made. I made my payments to the end of the contract I now own it, but will never, ever do business with them again. I purchased 2 products, a fridge and this heater cabinet. The kicker is I recieved a letter signed by management, congratulations on your purchase and finishing your lease to own. Told me I was in gold club or something and offered 50% off my next first month payment on something new. I can't say all locations are like this but this was my experience in Monroe NC. Read moreI love that they offer the 120 days same as cash but with that after that 120 days they drastically overcharge for interest. I would never recommend Aarons to anyone not because of the interest (that is all clearly stated in the contract, people do what they have to) but because of the quality of the product and my experience with the staff. I have had a dozen problems with the couch and Aarons staff starting with the day they delivered my couch and scuffed up the top corner. Problems following include the number of times I had to follow up about fixing the scuff, the marker "fix" they did, one of the supports being broken, a cushion needing to be replaced due to the broken support, staff I suppose not knowing their jobs or how to get information resulting in them giving me wrong information, delivery men not doing their jobs properly resulting in me having to drive to the store to sign delivery papers and lastly one blatantly rude employee I had to deal with on multiple visits...

Maria and the rest of the team at this store have been so helpful and worked with us when other companies wouldn’t. We always use the same as cash option. It’s easy and we have never had any problems. They are so friendly and remember us by name. We highly recommend them, as their prices are competitive with what you would find at Lowe’s or other appliance stores, as well as other furniture stores. Delivery has always been easy and they made sure we were happy with the product and set it up for us before leaving our home. Anytime there was an issue they were quick to fix it. We had an issue with a washer we bought, which had nothing to do with Aaron’s, and they arranged for a company to come out and fix it at no charge to us.
