Brought an engagement ring here for resizing. Once the ring was resized, we were losing side stones. Amor agreed to send the ring back for replacement and to secure the stones properly. Today - another side stone has fallen out and I will need to take this to another facility to be repaired. This is unacceptable as the ring has been shipped out 3 times at this point.

They were so awesome I need a ring fixed cuz it broke , another ring needed reshaped and polished , and they had them ready next day and super reasonable...
