Shake Shake Seafood Monroe — Restaurant in Monroe

Two weeks ago I went with my friends to this place to have dinner we decided to go to this location because we have always gone to the Pineville one Which is really good and the service is too But in this location we had a really bad experience Because to start with we had to wait 30 minutes so we could get a table And I saw that they had a lot of empty tables beside that the manager doesn’t even greet and welcome people and he looks very arrogant at the end they gave us a table and when the food we asked for arrived, we asked him for some crackers for the crabs legs and he told us that he was not gonna give us any because we didn’t need them he said that to me in a very arrogant and sarcastic way after that, he also told us that he didn’t want to give us crackers because people are stealing them and we asked them again because we really needed them and after some minutes he get back to us we only two crackers which I saw that he took them for another table that some people were using them before, and he just cleaned the crackers with napkins there were four people of us the table and the manager didn’t wanna give us four crackers, which I think it’s crazy sharing your crackers with more people. We were about to finish our food when the waitress approach us with two crackers more. I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t need to use crackers to crack crab legs because they are really hard I was trying to eat with my hands and the gloves kept tearing up and one of my friends got hurt in one of her fingers and almost cut it.. This used to be my favorite restaurant unfortunately the manager treated me and my mother very terribly. I came in to pick up my order I created on DoorDash Today at August 10, 2022 at 8:47 PM I ordered the country boil seafood customized it to my liking. The manager did not like the way I customize my order and they were screaming over me disabling me from speaking , They was very hostile towards me and aggressive. They would not give me my food that was already paid for. When the manager decided to give my food they decided to snatch it out my hands and scream at me and my mother very rude and unprofessional I’m not gonna Be on that type of level of disrespect with anybody with someone especially a grown man that’s something I wouldn’t even do with children but I have been so disrespected especially in my in front of my mother I have never experienced that level of disrespect unprofessional and audacity and discrimination that I have an experience in the store with this manager. This must be a mom and Pop restaurant because a manager with this level of unprofessional is is not credentialed nor qualified at all with the mental capacity of being professional and having customer service I don’t think that exist in that restaurant. I always go to shake shake crab in Pineville but since I was in Monroe I decided to go to this location. At first we had to wait for a table which I was fine with it but it took like 25 minutes to get one even though there were like 15 tables available. As always we went for the combos, it looked really good but I didn't see the crackers anywhere which I asked this man to please give me four (there were four of us at the table) the waitress identified himself as the manager and sarcastically looked at me and told me you don't need crackers for the crab legs but I asked him for some again and he told me crackers get stolen and that's why he didn't want to give us any, with a bad attitude and tone of voice he kept telling me that I could break them and use my hands. Ten minutes later he only showed up with two crackers which was crazy because we had to share and when we were about to finish our food they gave other two crackers.
