Shop here if you like wasting your time! I had a mission, I needed a pair of pajamas for my non-verbal child who has a speaking event with his new speech device at school on pajama day. I was happy to see they had so many pajamas but I had to dig through HUNDREDS of disorganized pajamas to find his size - which I did not mind- but I didn't find any he would really love; so off I went to the boy's section and picked through all the pajamas there. I was SO excited to find the PERFECT pair!! They weren't too hot and came with pants and a short sleeve shirt and I knew he would love the design! It took me an hour, but I was rejoicing at the perfect pair, AND the brand was on sale! I went ahead and grabbed some other items too. I get up to the register and they refused to sell them to me!!!! Literally REFUSED to sell me the item I just took an hour in the masses of messes in both departments to find!! "They're not sellable, someone forgot to take them off the shelf". Just Wow, Man. When I called, as soon as I got home and unpacked, I was told by the front end team lead, Jared, that I could come back and get it. Really!!!! I asked to speak to the store manager. I was told she was on another call and put on hold. Then I was told she was busy and put back on hold, and then advised she could not take my call today, to take the survey at the bottom of the recipe and I would get a call back In a few days. Really! Sherice Jones has no time for a customer. Then get out of the customer service business. I ONLY shopped there today because I am a veteran. I read they were a store that honored veterans so thought I would give them a try.
