Kirkland's Home — Local services in Monroe

Very VERY DISAPPOINTED with this location! Mainly with the assistant manager on my last visit. I went in the store to pick up my items that were both “scanned in” at this location. When I told her my name she went to the back to retrieve my items (supposed to be two glass hurricane) that I ordered on 02/24. Purchased online, ship to store. She come back to the front and apologized saying only one item was here that she needed to call Jackson, MS store. She calls them and admits to them/and me she carelessly scanned them in, as a pair, KNOWING only one was here. She said she’s been having problems all day because of this. So I had to cancel that order that I have waited around 13 days for to place another order for the same item! Now I have to wait another two weeks for the other glass to come in. I should have just cancelled my order then and walked out empty handed. I still might do that. Don’t think I’ll be shopping at this Kirkland’s again after I figure out if it’s really...

They had a sale on candles for $5, come to find out they charged me almost $8, turns out not all the candles were $5 just the top 3 shelves and they had put more expensive clearance candles at the bottom shelf, someone must have moved them to the top, whoever’s idea it was to put non $5 candles on the same fixture wasn’t a great idea knowing customers move stuff around where it’s not supposed to go could have been avoided by just keeping that stuff with the clearance and not the $5 candles fixture,...

The salespeople at Kirkland's were very friendly (especially Hillary), helpful & knowledgeable. I love the rug, pillow, basket and other items I purchased. All home decor accessories I bought were perfect for my home. There was a 30% or more sale on many of the items in the store. The store is decorated beautifully. Although a large quantity of items are available for purchase, there is also lots of space to walk around. I enjoyed my visit...
