Peachy Keen — Local services in Monroe

Bought a dress exactly 3 weeks ago today. Brought in today with the tags still on to exchange for the same dress in a larger size. The employee told me “sorry no. It must be within 10 days.” I told her that the girl who sold it to me didn’t mention that, and only told me that I could only exchange for store credit should I change my mind. When I told this employee that I wasn’t informed of this policy, she looked at my receipt and told me that the other girl was supposed to tell me and highlight it on my receipt. She neglected to do either and now I’m stuck with an unwearable dress that they simply could have exchanged for a different size. Never again. Terrible...
