Please know that I did call your store on October 13th to confirm receipt of my email. The chairs belonged to my mother. I know that they require a lot of workmanship and I am concerned about the quality. Quotes from other companies were already initiated when I didn't hear back from your company. Unfortunately Mike's demeanor solidifies my decision to not continue with your company. Continued success.

Privette's answered the phone and requested that I share pictures of my chairs via email when I called. I emailed pictures to their account. They quoted $375.00 for each chair and a $75.00 pickup/drop off fee given their business hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. They waive the fee if you buy their fabric. We relocated to the area at the end of the summer and brought with us our king size bed frame that was waiting patiently in our basement to be reupholstered. We had procrastinated long enough and began calling around town. Privette’s was very helpful and set up an appt right away to select the replacement fabric. After ordering the fabric, we dropped off the bed frame ourselves. It took a few weeks to complete and they delivered it to our home safely. Highly recommend this business! We had them reupholster a couch, two dining chairs and two sitting chairs. They had a plethora of fabrics to choose from and were very helpful in narrowing it down for a final choice. Once the pieces were delivered back to us, we noticed a small issue with one of the sizes of the cushions. They were quick to respond to my concerns and even quicker to fix the issue-the cushion was picked up the day after I sent the email, and delivered back to us the next afternoon.
