I went to this restaurant several times. The 1st time was OK I have been back on the second time cashier said I couldn't substitute one bun for another. Third time a guy working there was up front near the register walks off as I enter saying nothing to me as a customer. Today Noone was knowledgeable about free sliders after receiving it on my app. The lady that was making sandwiches was on her wrist watch then wiped her eyes and down her face off with BOTH hands. I had a great experience overall—the customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, which made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the value of my order. I paid $13 for 3 sliders, chips, and a drink, and I didn’t feel that the portion size or quality matched the price. I ate here for the first time & the staff were so welcoming, patient, and helped me order. I came back a second time to buy my holiday ham because of that, and I was surprised at how good it was. This is The best ham I have ever had!
