Customer support in the store as well as on the phone and via text is very friendly and responsive. We are pleased with the sofas for the most part. However, after the first month, we needed to exchange one of the stealth tech speakers because the sound quality was staticky. That return process was OK but inconvenient because the entire side of our sofa was missing for about two weeks.

My biggest ”annoyance” by far with the entire purchase process is that I was not made aware that the various parts of the sofa would arrive in so many boxes. Multiple options for sofa fabric covers with one offering washable slipcovers that gave the option to change the look of your living room with the change in slipcovers. I was very impressed with that. The salesperson was friendly helpful and pleasant! She answered my questions and provided a brochure to take with me.
