Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Monterey

I went on a Friday around 7:30-8pm for a wedding consultation for my fiancé to get measurements and buy a suit. There were only 3 employees, from what it seemed like working at the time. The girl asked if we needed help but spoke so softly to the point where it was hard to hear her and we were the only ones there so it was pretty quite. Not to mention it seemed as if she didn’t know what she was doing or know anything really when we would ask questions about buying a suit or showing us at least the colors we wanted. She actually even gave attitude (rolled her eyes) when I asked about a pocket square colors. When my fiancé and brother went to try on some suits (not even in the color we wanted just to see the size) she wasn’t helpful at ALL!!! She was no where near to help on how the suit should fit or how he even felt about the suit and not to mention the other two employees didn’t even bother to help or anything. Over all terrible experience I’ve ever had she was just being rude, not helpful and didn’t seem knowledgeable about anything really. I felt they just wanted us out because they we’re going to close at 9pm which is still no excuse to treat a customer… don’t waste your time here, your better off...

I do not no recommend Men's Wearhouse. Went yesterday 05/05/2022 to look for my son's first communion suit. I was in line to be assisted and was ignored by one of the employees. When to someone else to ask for help and this person told me in what area I might find the suits I was looking for and that he would help me shortly. He never came to assist us even when he wasn't doing anything. My husband and I searched for my son's suit ones we found some possibilities we wanted my son to try them on. So, since I saw two of the employees just starring and doing nothing I asked if my son could try the suits on and thay said yes. So we waited for a dressing room to be avaliable. Until that moment no one had asked us if we needed help. They actually ignored us the hole time we were there. I felt discriminated and ignored the hole time. When it came to time to purchase the suit the girl behind the counter ignored us as if we weren't there. I raised my voice and asked her to please assist us because we wanted to purchase the suit. So she did. And she didn't even say thank you. It will be last time we will be going to Men' Wearhouse in Monterey. I do not recommend it to anyone. They have...

I sadly experienced the worst service here. I do understand that COVID has changed things but it does not excuse inconsideration. The manner my group was dismissed was uncalled for . So my cousin is getting married in November there’s five of us in total , we walked in hoping to get fitted. We initially started looking around then 20minutes later realizing no one has asked my party if we needed any help . They did approach us to tell us to step out side to not exceed the limit of costumers . We had no problem stepping outside, safely making the assumption we would be notified to come back in . An hour passed by and we notice people walking in freely not being told to wait outside . We figured it was safe to walk back in since several people did. We approach one of the members informing them that we are there to get fitted they sent us out back so we did . We stood there about 40 mins or so and a different member used his kind but facetious tone to inform us that he wouldn’t be able to see us all . We were in disbelief that he was so quick to disregard us and all because we were a party of five . I really hope the staff can fix their code...
