Palacios Construction — Local services in Monterey

Sorry for the long review but there is a lot to cover :)

From the onset of our extensive home remodeling project in Pacific Grove, CA, Christian and his team at Palacios Construction have been nothing short of remarkable! Their dedication to quality, attention to detail, and the seamless execution of my vision transformed our living space.

Christian, the owner, was personally involved in every step of the process, ensuring that our two bathroom upgrades were not only functional but also exuded modern elegance. His suggestions were invaluable, blending practicality with aesthetic appeal, which resulted in bathrooms that balanced our budget and desires.

The kitchen redesign was a massive undertaking, and Christian's expertise shone through. He helped us navigate through countless options to find the perfect balance between style and usability. The end result is a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also a joy to cook and entertain in.

The addition of a new deck has enhanced our outdoor space equally. Christian's choice of materials and design has created an inviting extension of our home that we enjoy daily.

The painting, siding, flooring, and drywall work were all completed with the same level of care and precision. Christian's team was punctual and courteous and always left the workspace clean at the end of each day.

Throughout the project, Christian was communicative, transparent with costs, and always available to address any concerns or changes we wanted to make. (and I made a lot)

Here is the real test... when something goes wrong (and if you have done construction something always does), will they back it up? I had two issues arise, and without hesitation (and out of warranty, might I say), Christian immediately responded and resolved both issues to my satisfaction...

Palacios construction..2 words..CALL THEM! I had my garage walls re-plastered by them and they did a great job! Christian was in touch promptly, his crew prepped the area to not make a mess, and they finished the job in a timely manner. Christian would also come by often to check in on the work and if I was satisfied with everything. Professional company.

I also am looking to take an interior wall out. Christian has answered my questions over the years (while I lagged on the project) and was never pushy. I look forward to hiring Palacios...

We have known Christian for about 10 years. We have had him do three separate jobs for us. A bathroom remodel, some weathered beams on the exterior of our house.
