In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Seaside

I'm from Southern California and love In-N-Out Burger, the food is great but I have to give this particular In-N-Out in Monterey, CA only one star so I did not enjoy my food due to many flies circling around inside their establishment! while we were standing in the line and circling around our food. This is absolutely gross and unacceptable especially in a food establishment!!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed the gross flies, maybe I'm sensitive about this kind of crap as everyone else should be! Flies don't have a place in a clean restaurant the management better take care of the fly problem ASAP. (The Health Department should look into this as well)! Secondly, couldn't you guys find a better spot or location?! You've picked very small lot at a very tight Corner, once you manage to get In, nearly impossible to pull out of the parking lot and you can't get Out!

This should be called "In N Struggle to get Out" restaurants!!! The drive-thru is always busy so if you're parked to dine in and the people are lined up behind you for the drive-thru,Good Luck getting yourself Out of that parking spot! Plan to spend a great deal of time perhaps most of your lunch break sitting in the parking lot trying to get out! I wonder who was the genius behind picking this horrible location for a place as packed as an In-N-Out?! You really messed up! In-N-Out, as popular as it is, especially in a place like Monterey County where everything is scarce and they're afraid to offer more Fast food franchises, you should have a much bigger location or at least I hope you guys open another one in a better place then this one that keeps jamming the traffic because all the cars are hanging out on the road and creating Unwanted traffic while waiting to get into your lot! At least get a large enough lot easily accessible to get In and Out just like the name indicates! This is not like Burger King or some other burger joints that are dead most of the day! In-N-Out is always packed because the food is simple and good so I have more In-N-Outs in Monterey will you?! And keep...

Almost 50% of the time when I order any type of burger I'll ask for extra lettuce I don't get it. Also, the Tea a lot of times it's weak or it has a bad taste like swamp water something to do with the plumbing or a better filtration system.

When food is ready various orders they'll bring it up to the counter call the numbers and people approach the counter talking over the food, sometimes there's nothing covering the food sometimes there is a napkin covering the food but still we're talking about sanitary procedures people talking and sometimes I'll see spit saliva flying out whether it's from the employee or the customer or a person thinks it's their order they go through the bag then realize this isn't mine then the employee calls the number again gives it to the correct person that it belongs to (I think the procedure like some restaurants they ask for your receipt order number, not after when there's a mistake) now that bag has been touched by somebody else it is now contaminated just like the saliva flying in the air over the food. It's about food safety.

Again sanitary procedures over at the fountain people touching the lids for the soda cups and sometimes customers grab too many now they've touched it and they place it back into the dispenser, now the lids have been contaminated, the same with the lemons sometimes the dispenser is overloaded or not, but people are trying with the lemons and grab the right one. Also, some of these lemons seem a little bit old not looking fresh you know what I mean.

Note; although I am being critical here, (especially since covid-19 hit, I believe corporate should step in and be the leader set the bar when it comes to sanitary procedures, it's about the details).

I am a big fan of in and out I've been eating their burgers for years as I travel up and down the state of California half of the time I'll stop at In-N-Out Burger because they're fresh that's what they say and...

We recently tried In-N-Out for the first time through their drive-thru, and it was a delightful experience. Following a local friend's recommendation, we ordered the double-double burger, and it was an excellent choice. We asked for it to be served in a box rather than a bag as we are eating it on the drive. 🚗

The patty was thin but packed with flavour, and I appreciated the multiple layers of cheese and special sauce. The bun was soft and warm, with a slightly toasted interior. The burger held its shape well, and the vegetables provided a nice crunch without being overly soggy.

We also tried the fries, which were unique and flavorful. The fries had a more doughy texture than typical, and the light seasoning was a pleasant surprise.We recently tried In-N-Out for the first time through their drive-thru, and it was a delightful experience.
