I ordered my flowers here and it was not at all what I ordered. They were not accommodating or kind about it. They just kept saying I agreed to any substitutions which is on their website but when it is over half of the bouquet and the color scheme is the complete opposite I should have the option to not buy them anymore. I also ordered the deluxe bouquet for the roses and extra flowers. The roses were not even in it and when I brought it up they said oh sorry I just forgot and added in 3 so thatās also probably why the bouquet wasnāt even the deluxe version. I have provided photos of what I ordered versus what I got and that some of the flowers were already wilting and bad quality. I am extremely saddened since these were supposed to be my wedding bouquet flowers and I want to get them pressed and preserved forever. Instead I went to Trader Joeās and made my own bouquet which I should have just done in the first place. I just thought that ordering my flowers ahead of time would save me stress instead it was a waste of money and a disappointment. She wanted a bouquet in the color of the gender of the baby. I ordered a blue bouquet- when I called to place my order I explained this and told the lady one the phone I was fine with shades of blue and fine with her recommendations which were irises, blue hydrangeas, and Bella Donna blues. When I went to pick up the bouquet I was very dissapointed. There were three total stems of hydrangeas, a few Bella Donna blues ( I think) they were not the right shade and they were purple not blue. They were also old and wilted and shriveled. There were no irises. She charged me $54 for a bouquet that I could have made for $10. I ended up going to Trader Joe's and redoing the bouquet. The only salvageable pieces were the hydrangeas and the ribbon. 0/10 for quality, value, customer service, and creativity! We ordered a Premium Bouquet from the Flower Market for my wife's father's funereal. When we got to the church this is what we found they had delivered. Such a Humiliating and Embarrassing Experience on a day when we were devastated by the passing of my wife's father. It only added to our grief and torn my wife's heart out. We had ordered a 18 inch bouquet and they delivered a 10 inch bouquet. I immediately contacted The Flower Market and told them there must be a mistake, that they had delivered the wrong bouquet. The lady made some excuse about not have the right flowers to assemble the bouquet. I asked for my money back and she agreed to do so. Well, it is two days after the funereal and no such refund has been submitted. I will never do business with this person again. Just to let you know "The Flower Market" you added Humiliation and Embarrassment to our already Sorrowful day. Thanks for NOTHING.
