Yesterday I purchased a Sig Sauer air pistol and some ammo. I presumed it would come with everything required to use it. Upon unpacking it at home, I noticed it did not come with the co2 gas cartridge to power the pistol. I was never told by the young sales assistant that it needed a gas cartridge for it to work. That’s because they don’t have any! So now I have a $100+ item that DOES NOT WORK! This is really poor and very unprofessional customer service. I have an hour round trip to go to the store and when I complained, the assistant lied and she and her colleague had a very sarcastic attitude about the situation. Do yourself a favour and buy your items from somewhere else with staff that care about their clients. I will not...
