This was my wife’s favorite place so I spent 200+ on a gift certificate here two Christmas”s ago. They told me the piece of paper it was on was insignificant, as all the information was on file and all she had to do was give her name to redeem it.

She called 9 or so months later and they said there was no certificate under her name. Needless to say she wasn’t thrilled.

When I called to follow up, the receptionist admitted they had changed computer system since then and there had been issues. I was told someone would return my call.

You can just read the previous paragraph several more times because that is exactly what has happened. I call and the right person to handle it is not there and I’m told someone qualified will certainly return my call. The only difference is they’ve wised up and don’t admit they had computer issues on their end. If I hadn’t paid cash, I would have gotten the money back by reporting fraud on my account.

I’m not sure what’s going on with management at this location but it’s really unfortunate such a successful business is so short sighted. They lost two lifetime customers who talk to a lot of tourists in their...

Beautiful views and scenery, especially with being able to use the hot tubs overlooking the bay.

My husband purchased a destress massage for me and it was nice. Not wow and did expect a little more. The "mud" was massaged on but quickly wiped off with a hot towel and there was more focus on the mud/oils then the massaging itself. I felt like it was a bit rushed.

I love a good head massage, but unfortunately the woman put way too much pressure at a certain spot and now I feel like I hit the base of my scalp/neck on something when I didn't. I didn't feel it right away but as the day progressed and now onto the next day.

After the massage was done, I had an eye mask covering my eyes and felt something weighted plop by my waist. When she lifted the eye mask, she said "here is your robe and your sandals" and realized she tossed my robe on me while still on the table. I almost laughed out loud.

I love spas...and the client experience overall and how it fills your cup up...this one, unfortunately, was not as fulfilling. I really think they can up their game and provide a great experience here being at such a lovely location! Hopefully this will help move upwards to better it for others that...

This place is for those who want to enjoy the best from this life, this place has a gym to get your body sweating it opens early in the morning, then you have a jacuzzi on the top on the building with the best Monterey bay panorama view, they offer massages for those who have a lot of stress, you can also use the sauna, this place has so aroma therapy and other oriental massages if you want to impress your significant other bring them here I promise they will never forget this place and they will want to marry you, I hope who ever is reading my review enjoys this place as much as I did, the people at this place are very profecional and they always help you with anything, they make sure you feel relaxed all the time while you're here.
