I scheduled an appointment on Saturday June 19th to get my Iphone 8plus battery changed. It was 40 minutes away. When I got there the rep seemed like I was bothering him by showing up 15 min early for my appointment. He went in the back for 20 minutes and then let me know that they did not have a battery for phone. He suggested I go to willow grove but call 1st to see if they had it. I am confused that a store that works on apple products doesn't have a battery. And next knowing that I drove 40 minutes to get there I would think that maybe he would check and see who has the battery. I was leaving on a work trip the next day so I had to spend $1000.00 on a new iphone instead of geek squad fixing my phone for $49.99. I will never go to...

I recently dropped off my Lenova Laptop off at the Montgomeryville, PA Best Buy and was met by Juan who was very professional and friendly. He did a diagnostic and determined it needed a new hard drive and presented several choices. While I was there was another person getting a computer looked at that got very loud and vulger and Juan kept his cool and understanding and it looked like Jaun help the customer to a resolution. When I picked up my lap top Eduardo presented it back to me and help me reestablish the login and demonstrated that they had saved what I had on the hard drive which enabled me to use the computer without any problems. 5 stars for the Montgomeryville, PA Best Buy...

I've had this service since 2013 on a cellphone I purchased at Best Buy and recently developed a hairline crack on it. I went to the Montgomeryville location to submit my claim for the repair. The tech MGR told me it's a $150 deductible cost to have it fixed. I told him I was unaware of the cost and he made it a point to tell me he teaches his team to highlight the cost and the other store should have done the same.
