Decided to stop in and buy a small ottoman and found one all the way in the corner that to appeared to be on clearance. When we approached the counter to buy it, the cashier looked at me as if something was wrong. There was only one tag on the item and she asked the manager to help. The manager seemed busy, said the item was more expensive and someone changed the tag. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she simply said “I can’t seem it to you for this price” and started to lance it behind the counter. Perhaps they are on edge for the holidays but as a paying customer I don’t really care. If they are truly managing the store then they should have noticed it was placed in the far corner mistagged. The experience wasn’t totally horrible so I gave it 2 stars but other stores appreciate my money so I will not be back. There is too much competition to even entertain this...
Read moreI recently purchased a piece of furniture from homesense. Unfortunately I had to return it due to AIT, their 3rd party delivering service. Katie from Homesense was so quick to jump in & assisted me with my return & refund. She felt awful for the bad experience I had with AIT, but she made sure to make things right on her end, making sure I understood every step of the process. I highly recommend this location, the staff is very responsive, kind & they do have great quality & selection. I just would not recommend using their 3rd party for delivery.
