This Chipotle has horrible customer service. My father and I were waiting in line to order food and when we got to the counter the person serving us (a man) was very disrespectful, as he kept trying to rush us and wouldn't slow down to get our order right. My father's order was taken first, then mine. The first person that prepared my father's food put chicken in the bowl he ordered with white rice, even when my father never said he wanted chicken (he wanted steak), then quickly passed it off to another lady to finish. When he told the man that he didn't want chicken, the worker then told us that he would have to throw out the food and start again or else we would be charged for extra meat, practically blaming us for what happened. Then it was my turn to order. I only got white rice and steak in a bowl and I asked for a bit more rice in my bowl because they were being stingy with how much rice they put in it (that in itself is something all Chipotle's do for some reason). However, remember when I said that they had to throw out my father's bowl to start anew? Well the man used MY bowl to complete my father's order and STILL RUSHED through the order and passed it off to the same lady and got me another bowl and put a MEDIOCRE amount of rice AND steak in it. I would've asked for more rice and steak in my bowl again, but there was a LONG line of people and the worker was already serving the people behind us so I tried to keep it moving. Then the lady who was finishing off our orders was moving too fast, getting things wrong, and putting back things from our order (I asked for a large chips and guacamole but apparently guacamole was only for online orders, so when I said no guacamole or any other sauce she puts the whole chip bag away ๐). No fast food business should ever do things like this to their customers no matter how busy or stressed they are--there is simply no excuse. By doing these things to your customers your not only going to be giving yourself a hard time, but you'll also be a bad influence for those watching you and training with or under you. Do...

Hadn't gone in the last 2 or 3 months, and I came today and honesty was extremely frustrated and disgusted with what I experienced. From start to finish; every step got worse. To start, the first employee commencing the burrito construction (or destruction), had to ask me 3 different times what rice, bean, and protein I wanted. And then she proceeded to scrap the very bottom of the rice container for every possible molecule as just to get a half a scoop of rice... "is that enough for you?" Well I'm not a complainer so I guess so. I asked for half steak and half barbacoa, I was given barbacoa on the top and steak at the bottom, and then all the cold (sour cream, cheese, salsa, lettuce) wadded into a mound right in the center. Within three bites, barabacoa was sayonara, and the rest of what I was able to stifle down was nothing but a cold mess of mushy dairy and vegatable. Halfway through the forced consumption of the burrito, pulling the aluminum wrapping past the halfway point unleashed the last third of the burrito onto the table due to the sloppiest wrap job I've ever witnessed. Also had to ask for the Chipotle Tabasco sauce because the condiment was horribly neglected. What really topped it off was when I went to sit down, hoping to land a booth cause I came with my female companion. The last one available was promptly and selfishly taken by a single Chipotle employee who was in front of me in line. I'm sorry but I am in the service industry and if I decided that I was going to eat at work I wouldn't take one of the best tables in the house. Especially as a solo person when there are groups of people trying to sit, eat, and converse comfortably. I came at 2:30pm, so not during a rush or anything. There is really no excuse for the quality, or lack there of, of my experience today. Worst overpriced burrito ever. Bad...
ย ย ย Read moreWithout a doubt one of the worst customer experiences I've had dealing with a business of any type or size in my entire life. Ordered through a delivery app and while the receipt on the outside of the package was correct inside we found two items from two completely different orders that were incorrect (they weren't even two items from the same service! One was Grub Hub and one DoorDash). So not only did we not get the correct items, two other groups of people got incorrect items. Again, the receipt on the bag was correct so this is in NO way the fault of our driver.
I then attempted to call the store to let them know the issue and to inform the person packing the orders of their mistake - I wanted to give them a heads up on the chargebacks they will be receiving. Was I able to connect to the store and speak with someone there? OF COURSE NOT! I got some AI abomination that was less than helpful , kept sending me in a loop with no way to speak with another human being. It would have been more helpful if they answered with a laugh track from a 90s sitcom and the creaking sound of a door closing before it just hung up - at least that would have been funny - this is just insulting and pathetic from a company this size.
The only positive thing about this interaction is knowing that AI wont be taking any of our jobs any time soon.
Horrible experience all arounds - from the physical location to Chipotle as a company itself.
Do yourself a favor and refrain from ordering delivery from this location. This isn't the first time they messed up an order (last time was a few years back during COVID but still...) and I'm sure it won't be the last. Whoever is running this store needs to reevaluate their approach to training because I don't know if I will ever be ordering from any Chipotle again since the experience was so bad both at a local and corporate...
