I would give this store no stars if I could. I visited this location Sunday December 22. I stopped in around 12pm to make a purchase with a Mastercard prepaid card. The guy at the register said we do not accept them in the store. Finding that odd i went home and ordered what I was going to buy in the store. Fast Forward to around 4pm I get the email saying head to the pick up counter (this location there isnât one). The cashier (male) was beyond rude. I was letting the lady in front of me finish up what she was doing. He gave me a dirty look. Then i asked him if this was the correct area to get online orders. He rudely said what kind. I responded with an in store pick up. He then said âWell I need a name for the orderâ. 1.) Totally rude and uncalled for. 2.) he clearly isnât happy with his job. I work retail and I understand the holiday time can be frustrating and stressful all the way around. I already called the customer service number and reported the store. Retrain your associates to act better and communicate with the public better. I will stick to going to my Warrington location.    Read moreI went in to the montgomeryville staples on 8/26/19 at 945pm to grab one specific thing. An employee greeted me at the door and was immediately able to show me exactly where the thing I needed was. Then, after I bought the item and walked out, I discovered a wallet on the ground next to my car that had a significant amount of money sticking out of it that wasn't there when I went into the store. Being alone in the dark and being a small young woman, it made me nervous (after hearing about this type of thing being used as trafficking trap tactics etc.). I went back into the store and another employee and a manager both stopped what they were doing to come outside with me, walked me to my car, picked up the wallet, validated my concern, and took care of the wallet while making me feel safe. It turns out the wallet was dropped by a recent customer, so the employees took the wallet and called the customer. I regret not getting the names of these employees and hope that they are rewarded for going above and beyond for helping a random customer feel safe. Thank you so much to...
   Read moreLeaving this review based on my experience today with one staff member Julian. I came in a rush after having just emailed 3 documents I needed to make copies of to the Staples email. I needed 60 copies in less than half hour. But he realized that this was a small project and pointed me in the direction of the self-printer.
After watching me struggle with the self-printer technology and seeing me in a panic he managed to walk me thru the problem I was having and even still ended up printing them for me. The woman who was waiting before me was kind enough to let me go ahead of her (probably because she felt bad that she asked me if I worked there when I first walked up đ). She didnât wait for long because he was able to work on several projects at the same time he worked on mine. Good customer service...
