Dont ever order from them online cause twice I have and when I had a question I couldn't get them on the phone to answer! I shouldn't have to go all the way into Montgomery to get a question answered about my order for pickup! Also I will not order from them online again because when my order got canceled they had it pending for over 2 weeks in my account and as soon as I ordered from them they canceled it cause they were out of stock, it shouldn't be pending for 2 weeks in my account for a cancelation the same minute I ordered from them! So my advise don't order online only in store! I will not ever do business with kirklands again! That's more money in my pocket! They are plenty other places to buy cute home decor such as home goods,tj maxx, cute little boutique...

Bought a mirror from here and it fell off the wall within a month due to the brackets snapping off. Have multiple other mirrors hung the same way with no problems. Went to Kirkland's for a refund, and they would not issue a refund. I would suggest spending a little more money for a better quality...

I’ve enjoyed shopping here before and appreciated customer service. Carrie has been very helpful in finding the right items. HOWEVER I came in today and it was brutally hot inside. I couldn’t deal with it, and I don’t know how the employees are managing. I’m not shopping without AC!! Maybe I’ll try...
