This place is absolutely AMAZING! The diversity in products is so much fun. The women working there are the sweetest, most respectful and welcoming people I've met. I can't say a single negative thing about them. When you walk in you're IMMEDIATELY greeted and asked if you need any assistant. The employees are more than willing to help me find the perfect gift basket and brainstorm ideas around. Even when I went in during the Holiday rush, I was in an out with multiple gift bags within 10 minutes. I really appreciate how dedicated the owner is in finding all-natural and cruelty-free products. Their make-up also consists of a lot of great shades to include all skin types and colors. I don't mind spending a few extra dollars to know that what I'm putting on my body won't be harmful with synthetics and chemicals. Coming from years of working in customer service, I'm honestly impressed with the devotion of the owner and staff. If you're not shopping here you're missing out! While reading some of the previous reviews, I'm convinced they went into a different store completely because they are...

I didn't mind paying a small premium on the products because they were harder to find in Canada. Despite moving to a larger location across the street, their natural bath and beauty products selection has shrunk. I found the new staff would rather talk amongst themselves than help customers: while complaining that sales are slow on holiday weekends. I had asked about a specific product from a line and they just said that they didn't carry that, with no alternative suggestions or help offered. Disappointing: I will no longer be making the...
Read moreThe store employees are incredibly judgemental. They ask if they can help find anything which is nice at first, but then they follow you around and ask multiple times if you need something when you're just trying to browse. They assume everyone that comes in are stealing, especially if you look different or dress different than them. If you go to a different section of the store, they follow right behind, basically won't give you any space to browse. Not to mention everything there is over priced and they don't have a great diversity of makeup shades. So unless you dress like a bougie rich white woman, don't expect to be treated nicely or left...
