I know many establishments are short staffed currently and try to be extremely understanding when things take a while or go wrong. We have frequently done curbside pickup since the pandemic started at this location. The food is never ready without a twenty minute wait once you've arrived, but we expect that now and never complain. Today however was an absolute mess. We waited forty minutes and watched several people arrive after us and receive their food. We finally had the lady bringing orders out attempt to give us the wrong order and we informed her the name ours was under. She said she remembered seeing it and left. She arrived with our order missing our drinks and all of the side items. She took the food she did bring us back and was gone another ten minutes. At this point I just wanted a refund because a fifty minute wait and likely cold food was not something I signed up for. I go inside to get a refund and the manager on duty blames me. This is when my patience and understanding leaves me. She tried to tell me that they had tried to bring our food out several times, yet we had been vigilantly watching the door and that did not occur. She pointed out that our drinks had been sitting on the counter which means that yes, our food had been sitting for who knows how long. She starts to work on the refund, but then decides to try and blame me once again. She says she saw us talking with someone outside and I explained that yes, when they tried to bring us someone else's order and then when they brought our order out missing half of it. There was one worker who was apologetic and nice, explaining they only had five workers. I told him it wasn't his fault and truly meant it. The manager was entirely unprofessional however and would rather blame a customer than apologize and accept that they messed up in the rush and confusion. Due to her attitude and the way she handled the situation, we will not be returning and I would advise anyone to avoid curbside pick up. Read moreThis location is the most dysfunctional and unorganized store I have ever been to. One thing is consistent, missing items from your order. My advice is to always order one more of what you intend to need because you will always be shorted an item. Drinks are always handed out the window with loose lids or with the contents covering the outside of the cup. When you ask for it to be wiped off, you always get an eye roll as they let the window slam closed and start talking the other employees about how you asked them to wipe the cup. I’m sorry, do it correctly the first time. Last but not least. If you ask for more salsa or ketchup, the response is always “it’s in the bag” and they act like you are asking them to do something illegal if they give you any more.
5/10/2020 Another chance was given today, and yet again the wrong number of items was received. How hard is it to count? They’re sure to charge you for the correct number of items ordered. They did get something right, the number of salsa requested. Kudos for that I guess!
4/22/2022 It is still apparent this location does not want your business. Not only is it still consistently slow, you don’t get what you order and they look at you crazy when you ask some more condiments they now have water sprinkles strategically placed at the drive through speaker that are running in the morning so it soaks the interior of your vehicle. Whatever it takes to turn customers away they are doing. Keep up the good work!

Read morei am not one to complain, and i hate doing it. my family came in and we ordered. i told the lady at the front counter i wanted the burger with just meat and cheese. she asked “plain and dry?” and i said yes but with cheese. so she clarified again that i didn’t want veggies and mustard. we got our food & i was given a burger with no cheese. just may between buns, which is NOT what i ordered. my husband went back up to the counter to correct it and was given a single slice of cheese that i was to put on my own burger. i’m sorry but i think that is quite inappropriate. i should not have to MAKE my own burger because you messed it up. so, i went up there to reorder my food. i reiterated that i wanted JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. she asked if i wanted plain and dry, i said “no because last time you put that i got a burger with no cheese and had to put my own cheese on it.” i got looked at like i was dumb. i told her about 3 times JUST cheese. i got the single burger back and it had everything on it. at this point, my family is almost done eating and i haven’t gotten to eat ANYTHING besides my fries. i was pretty frustrated because i don’t think it’s very difficult to put in the system just meat and cheese. we spoke to the manager named Caprice & she made sure everything was correct, gave me a whole new FRESH meal & was really nice about the situation. the cashier’s name was Jessica, and she looked overwhelmed by all the people at the counter and in the lobby, but also took quite some time to get to you and the lobby was filthy. also didn’t know much about orders because she got it...
