They seemed to have interesting clothing items and a good variety of boots but did not seem to really want customers to browse on their own. When we first entered and I had a question, the staff was quite involved in their own conversations. One person greeted us and asked if we had questions to let them know then immediately went back to her own conversation before I could ask a question. We decided to look around some since I had never been there. Each time we tried to look in the different sections and discuss items (between the two of us browsing) a staff member would jump in and offer unsolicited information. After this happened three times we decided they didn't want us as customers so we left. If shopping for western wear I would recommend going somewhere with better customer service. Maybe this was a one-off day for them but I won't be returning...
