My fiance propose with a beautiful ring from this jeweler, who was more than able to do an exceptional job with getting the ring shipped in time for him to propose while we where on vacation which is amazing. The reasoning for a 1 star review within a couple of months my ring had three broken prongs contacted customer service to verify that this would be covered under warranty if it was an issue with the prongs would take 2 weeks to fix if they found a manufacturers issue would take 4. 4 weeks go by we call to check are told they should have my ring within the next couple days and that they would CALL to schedule a day for delivery. A couple days go by we don’t hear anything we decide to call again after multiple try’s to talk to an associate we finally reach them that it would take another 1-2 weeks before my ring would arrive. Surely discontent with the lack of communication and openness as well as spending the holiday without my engagement ring they offered a voucher to Amazon. The final reason this gets a 1 start review we where told we would receive a call once the ring arrived to the jeweler to schedule a day for the ring to be shipped because of it have to be signed for.    Read moreI used dunn' jewelry store a couple of times in the past and was very impressed with their courtesy and ethical approach with the customers. I went back a few months ago and had to deal with a man from the middle east who was extremely rude. I wanted my ring resized and he said he would ship it somewhere to be done there. He added I should come back in another 10 days. I asked for a written value of that expensive ring before I left it there and he went into a rage. He yelled that he was no thief and that I had to " trust him". Why would I, based on his word! And worse, his attitude? I told him that his way was not at all professional and he basically threw me out of the store. I do not recommend that store anymore....
   Read moreFirst time there.. I am a local. They replaced batteries for my watches but when I came to pick them up the woman that assisted was rude. I didn't get a good feeling at all. I will never return. I was wearing sunglasses and I said I was there to pick up my watches. Then she was staring at me.. (I said it again..she just assisted me the day before and she was okay then). She knew who I was but was acting like she had dementia (does she? or was she just being rude- i have a feeling rude is it).. she said she needed my name rudely..
