Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Morehead City

Updated Review: We've been in a few times since my last review. I've seen lots of improvements and have been pleased with the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The owner was there today. He was giving out food orders and cleaning tables.

NEW REVIEW: Chick-fil-a took the pleasure out of my meal. First, finding a clean table and seat was not possible because the staff had not cleaned all the dirty tables. We got our food and the fries were cold, the chicken seemed to have been sitting around for a while. It was overall a bad experience. On top of everything else, some of the staff were interested in horsing around and then there was the parade of female workers going to the bathroom. All weird for Chick-fil-a. Perhaps a new manager is in order to straighten things out. OLD REVIEW:The remodeled restaurant just opened and we visited there yesterday. It is fabulous! Definitely go by and see the difference! The staff was friendly. The interior was clean and well maintained. This would have been a 5 star review but we had a negative experience geting into restaurant parking lot due to the drive through traffic. We had to park near the entrance because my spouse had a recent injury and...

My boyfriend and I decided to grab some lunch from this location and i probably won’t be likely to visit again. chic fil a workers are usually happy to be there and very polite and helpful, our experience was the opposite of that. we had a younger lady help us and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. my boyfriend was trying to order the key lime frosted lemonade, he said milkshake and the girl in a rude tone said “we don’t have that in the milkshake”. coming from someone who currently works in customer service she could have easily said “so we have the frosted lemonade which is pretty much the milkshake version of the lemonade if you would like to order that?”. i’m not telling people how to do their jobs but i think the customer service could’ve been better, it felt like we were bothering her… personally i would’ve been more than happy to order at the speaker. aside from this interaction we’ve gone here multiple times and our orders failed to be correct…always missing something or getting the wrong items. if i ever go back here it will only be for the frosted lemonade and MAYBE a fry but that’s about it. also will be ordering online...

It's lunch time but I got through the drive-thru rather quickly. Very good setup they have. Haven't eaten my lunch yet, but I expect it's about as good as always. Update: Grilled chicken club is pretty good. Tender chicken and not overcooked or dry. Add a honey roasted BBQ for a little extra flavor and it was quite tasty. Ingredients all filled the bun, too. Tired of getting a little piece of chicken and a great big bun! Added fresh tea on the side. Pretty good lunch but the price point is still kind of high. New update. How disappointing. The app is not particularly helpful during lunch time. It's almost impossible to get into the Chick-fil-A. The app did not keep up with the fact that the lunch has been delivered and I have left the restaurant. 15 minutes later and they still haven't completed the order so I can't use the app until it has cleared. Checked my order and there is no sauce on or for the sandwich. Lettuce has also started rotting and is inedible. VERY disappointing, I was looking forward to having this sandwich again.
