Better service and more food at a better price at McDonalds
This was a horrible experience for myself and my wife, however our son was happy.
The gentleman (Trey) who first brought us to our table was extremely courteous, nice, friendly, and helpful. Our waitress on the other hand was, well to put it kindly, the total opposite.
She first cam over to the table and said "Do you want a Pepsi product?" and just stared at us. Being our first time there we needed a moment. As we where being stared at, no mention of do you want a second or any recommendations. So my wife asks the waitress what she would recommend as far as drinks. The waitress does not ask what my wife likes she just said two drinks that she wouldn't like because they have a lot of alcohol in them. Really? I've never heard a waitress say that because one if your plastered your probably gonna tip better, two the establishment makes a lot of money off these drinks, and three its just rude to tell some one basically they cant handle it. My wife decided to get the "Black Cherry Mojito". So we get our drinks ordered and instead of all three drinks coming at once the two soft drinks arrived almost five minutes before the hard drink. Finally the Black Cherry Mojito ("A winning combination of Cruzan Black Cherry Rum, Mojito mix, lime wedges, fresh mint leaves and a splash of club soda") arrives at our table and instead of placing it in front of my wife who is sitting in the back of the booth, she places it on the front of the table, making it so that either i have to give it to my wife or my wife has to reach over me. At first glance it does not even look as described. There are crushed maraschino cherries crushed up in the mix (looks exactly like a clear shirley temple) and surprisingly enough tastes like a bad shirley temple. My wife asked her if it there was a mistake because she did not order a drink with maraschino cherries. The waitress shrugged her shoulders and said well they are only crushed up in the drink to which my wife replied that if she knew there where maraschino cherries in the drink she would not have ordered it, the waitress again shrugged and walked away. I pulled trey over and asked him. And he said he would fix it. My wife asked him what he would recommend and the magic words came out of his mouth... What do you like? So she told him and he came back with a better drink. Which i did not not think was made properly and thought the bartender put too much grenadine in it but my wife said it was OK, at least it wasn't the other one. It came time that our food came out. Which i think the proportions where unacceptably small. The sauces taste good but there was hardly any.
My son got wings and loved them as he normally does.
During the meal the waitress came over four times while my wife's drink was empty to refill my sons and my soft drinks but never once asked if my wife wanted a refill or if she wanted water or something else.
It came time to pay the bill and she threw the check on the table. I had to grab her attention again to ask if we could have to go boxes.
I walked up to the register to pay the bill because there was no money/card folder to pay her with and as I'm walking up so pops out of no where and goes " Nu-uh you don't pay up there you owe me"..... Ummm OK.
I didn't want to give her a tip because of the unacceptable service but my wife having a larger heart than myself made me tip her.

Today my family (party of 9) and I went to your MHC store for lunch. Upon ordering I inquired with our server if mac and cheese was an option in place of fries or fruit on the children’s meals; specifically the boneless wing meals. She told me “yes Ma’am” and never mentioned an extra charge for this. When the bill came and we reviewed it. There was a charge for each children’s meal with the boneless wings and mac and cheese. So my sister in law went to find the Manager and was told the waitress said she told me there was a charge for this. So the waitress came back and I let her know that she in fact did not tell me there was a charge when I inquired about the mac and cheese as the side with the boneless wings meal. The Assistant General Manager was at the table. It was as if we were “being a hassle to them” which ok fine at this point please just adjust our bill so we can go (6 kids including a toddler waiting). I made the comment to my sister in law, our conversation nothing to do with or at the Assistant Manager, that the last 2 times we ate there something had to be adjusted or food was wrong and that it was handled fine. The Assistant Manager proceeded to mumble under her breath but loudly enough we heard her “ don’t come here then”! She then left the table to go adjust the bill. I did let her know we heard her and asked for your information. She was very cocky, seemed to not care how she treated us, and said I should not have screamed at her server. Now let me say, if I had screamed at her server everyone within a block would have heard me because I do have a loud voice in general. I let her know this. I did go find the server and apologize because I do not want to be rude or hurt anyone’s feelings I am not that kind of person. I am the one who just leaves even if something is wrong so not to have to cause an issue. I do not know if the waitress was scared or really being rude but she never turned to me when I was apologizing to her. She kept a shoulder to me. I explained I was not yelling or meaning for it to sound as if I was and that I was just a loud person. I told her I was very sorry if it seemed that way to her. I even asked the table next to us and they said no I was fine but just letting her know what she had told me.
So with all this said what happened to customer service? This is very unacceptable. For a Manager to say “then don’t come here again” ? Then have the attitude of she could care less? I myself was in customer service for 15 years I know how dealing with the public can be that is why I try to be so understanding but that is totally all around not acceptable from anyone ESPECIALLY a Manager. I sent this email a month ago with NO RESPONSE. This Buffalo Wild Wings leaves a lot to be desired. The service is horrible, the food is not up to par, and obviously the Management does not care! I have read a lot of reviews and it seems I am not the only one that feels this...
Read moreIt was difficult to figure out how to rate this particular areas Buffalo wild wings because some of the issues was of no fault of theirs but then as far as the food goes that was definitely preventable. I don't want to make a long-winded review but to sum it up, there was only two servers working on a Sunday night and we had to wait an hour to be seated for a table of nine even though the place was not busy at all. I normally wouldn't wait that long but it was my twins birthday and they had their heart set on B-Dubs so, we stuck with it. The hostess was very kind and she did try to call us when our table was ready like she said she would but I guess it didn't go through or something. But that's besides the point, she was as kind as could be and accommodating under the circumstances. The waitress Isabel I think her name was.. perhaps Isabella? Regardless, she was amazing. She was extremely attentive and was positive and had a smile on her face the whole time even though I know she had to be frustrated with the circumstances considering there was only her and one other waitress working. She really was the only thing that saved the night. Because the food was a totally different story. You can tell our food was sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time. For some reason. My bread was stale on my sandwich and barely warm. The portions were extremely tiny. For a table and nine. We got two appetizers and we all literally got one onion ring a piece and there wasn't enough mozzarella sticks for all of us to have one either. For the price, that was a little ridiculous. My son almost choked on his bacon that was on his burger because it was so chewy and fatty and undercooked which was kind of scary but luckily he was okay. Just all around the food was not appetizing considering the time we had to wait to get it and the price that had to be paid for the meals itself. I feel like they should really work on portion sizes. Maybe they had a bad night but it seemed like the issue was in the kitchen and not with the lack of servers, in my opinion. Like I said our waitress was extremely attentive and if it wasn't for her the night would have been a total bust. If you guys have employee of the month there you really should give it to Isabella because she was amazing! I'm hoping to come back some other time to try them again. Hoping that Sunday night was just a fluke lol because I've heard so many good things...
