Great deals, but I don't like is been prejudge. I had Just got off work on Father's Day, kohls sent me a email informing me about the great sale they were having. As I walked into the door I made eye contact from Hispanic gentleman who I assumed was a customer, as I made my way through the store looking for the men's dress shirts and dress pants. I immediately had to use the bathroom upon my arrival, I spoke with one of the employees and ask were was the men's room. As I leaving the men's room I see the same gentleman standing by the women's clothing as if he was waiting for me to come out the men's room I continue to go over and look at the men's clothing 5 minutes later I see another gentleman talking with the same gentleman that I assumed was a customer but realizing he's LP the loss prevention guy I continue to shop I picked up five pair of pants that I was going to purchase went into the men's room tried them on came back out resize the pants and I was headed up to the front to pay, mind you I was in the store for about an hour and a half looking at clothing I perceive to go up front to pay and the same gentleman is now standing over about 10-15 ft from me looking through clothing at me the other gentleman that he was talking to is now on the other side by the door as if I was going to try to run out with the clothing. I don't know what his deal was or his thoughts were, as I walk to the cash register the young lady said she was close that I must go down to the women's area to pay as I'm walking down to the other side to pay I get in line I'm standing there the first gentleman that I made eye contact when I walked into the store who I assume was a customer is now on the other side where I'm going to pay, unfortunately we are in a society were people pre judges people. I understand the gentlemans was just trying to do his job, but look at the people who look suspicious and not because...
Read moreThey are a bunch of thieves. I was an excellent customer for many, many years. I would spend thousands of dollars every year on clothes and jewelry. I purchased a ton of jewelry and specially asked the woman who worked in that dept. If I needed to keep receipts and she said as long as they know it's their items I didn't. Even so, I actually kept all the tags and receipts for quite some time. After a while all the jewelry I got from them turned colors. Necklaces, rings and earrings. I brought it all in one day and even though I didn't have the receipts they knew it was their items. They even had some of the items in stock at the time. When the girl processed the refund she said I would get the money back on a gift card, which is all I wanted and asked for. After processing it, it printed out a paper saying the returns had to be approved by corporate and I would receive a gift card within 10 days. I expressed to her that I didn't want to give up the items without knowing for sure if I would get the gift card, that assured me that I would. It has been 8 months and still no gift card or store credit. I called the corporate # on that paper and left them messages and they never responded. This company and this store is a bunch of thieves. Not only did they take my money, but they took my items as well. I have not gone in there since and they lost one of their best customers. Don't buy jewelry from them because it will change...
Read moreSo I haven't visited any Kohls store in such a long time...but I came to do some rushed last minute shopping for the holiday...and lost track of the time. My phone was buried in all of the clothing that I needed to try on...so I wasn't sure what time it was...but I remember hearing the announcement over the intercom...a few minutes prior... about the store closing in 15 minutes. So I rushed into the dressing room to hurry up and try on whatever I could...so that I wouldn't have to come back for a return...only to have an employee named "Christopher" come in and tell me quite rudely that they were closed. I was very polite and asked him was he sure, because I just heard the closing announcement not that long ago. He was like yes it's "already 11" very rudely and also stated that I needed to "just take my items to the registers A.S.A.P" He didn't apologize or anything after I told him how rude he was being. I'm all about respecting the timing and store policies...but there is a certain way that you should speak to customers... and that definitely wasn't it. I've been shopping at Kohls for years...and I don't think I'll ever been spoken to in that manner. But on a different note... the cashier named "Gloria" was very polite, patient, and extremely professional💞 I appreciate her stellar...
