Lids — Local services in Moreno Valley

Came in to get a custom hat done for my boys travel ball team. Have had 3 seasons of custom lettering done prior to this experience at other LIDS locations. Always came out just how I asked them, this is a very expensive cost to have hats done, showed the employee a design that we are going to use for the team. Payed extra for 3D for 2 front logo letters. The lettering was so thin and the 3D was almost close to the regular stitching. Came out with a women’s cap instead of a baseball boys travel ball hat. So basically I paid over $55.00 for something, I will never use. The manager was very rude! My personal experience, will never have a hat done at this Moreno Valley...

The place is closed, yet it says 9 pm on Google. What a waste of time.

It's been 2 months now, and I still don't have the DST file I paid for on their website. This is ridiculous. It used to be where I would walk in with my own file on a usb drive and was able to have work done on hats and shirts. Now I'm told it has to be through their website and has to be appoved. Yet I did all that. I had to pay a traditional local print guy (I'll recommend it if needed) and have a dozen jobs done in less than a week! I had such a great experience at Lids thanks to Issac! I was getting a hat customized for my anniversary, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He was super helpful, incredibly kind, and really patient with any details I wanted to tweak. On top of that, he had some amazing creative ideas that truly brought the design together.
